UPDATE – on 25 October, CasheEuroNet which owns ate QuickQuid, Pounds To Pocket and On Stride brands went into administration.
See QuickQuid goes into administration – what will happen for details. That article will be updated with any more news.
This article will not be kept up to date.
QuickQuid (QQ) and its smaller brand Pounds To Pocket (P2P), which in February 2019 rebranded as On Stride, have been getting large numbers of affordability complaints from customers asking for refunds of interest.
You may be able to get a refund if you had loans from QQ, P2P or On Stride you couldn’t repay without borrowing again. You can get refunds for all type of loans, including instalment and flexi loans.
Summary – QuickQuid complaints
QuickQuid is now the most complained about banking and credit firm in Britain (ignoring PPI), according to Finanical Ombudsman statistics.
At the end of 2018, there were about 9,000 complaints against QQ and PTP with the Ombudsman. Many had been there for two years as QQ had been refusing to give refunds on loans over 6 years old or for loans given after 2015.
In 2019 the Ombudsman started upholding large numbers of these cases. QQ then rejected many of these decisions.
But in August 2019 QQ agreed to pay thousands of outstanding Ombudsman decisions within the next 6 weeks. These are being referred to as “the spreadsheet complaints” as many customers were told by FOS they “were on the spreadsheet“.
How to start a complaint (this no longer applies now QQ is in administration)
The main Payday loan refund article has the template letters to use for making these complaints.
If you had loans from both QuickQuid and Pounds to Pocket, you only need to make one complaint, covering both sets of loans.
If you rolled a loan repeatedly or repaid the loan and soon after took out another one, this suggests the loan was not affordable.
One loan complaints can be hard to win, but if your loan was large, as some of the loans from On Stride are, read Getting a refund for a large bad credit loan which has better template letters for your situation.
A list of your loans is usually enclosed with the response to your complaint.
Has your data been deleted?
This is a new problem. In mid-April 2019, QuickQuid seems to have deleted information about some loans over seven years old from their records. See Why is QuickQuid going to delete old customer data?
This won’t be a problem for you if you have the details of your loans, from your email records or from your bank statements. Here tell QuickQuid you can supply them with a list of your loans so they can consider your case. If they refuse to do this, send it straight to the Financial Ombudsman.
If you don’t have all your records, ask QuickQuid if that is their final response and then send the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. You can complain not just that you were given unaffordable loans but that QuickQuid has not treated you fairly by deleting your loan data when it should have known from other customers complaints that you may have a good affordability complaint. Ask for compensation for this.
You may feel that without evidence your case is very weak. But you have an excellent case that QQ has treated you unfairly!
If you have closed your bank account, it can still be possible to get old statements but there may be a limit on how far back you can go. So try to do this as soon as possible – don’t wait for several months until the Financial Ombudsman asks you for them as that may mean there are another few months you can’t get.
QuickQuid’s standard response was designed to put you off
QQ uses a template letter to reply to you.
When you read what they have written, you may feel depressed and that you don’t have a good case. That is what QQ want you to believe! But in many cases the checks QQ did were far from adequate and the wording in their replies may mislead you.
Here are some bits from one recent QQ response (in italics) together with my comments on them.
We have assessed loans funded before FCA regulations were implemented using the “other credit commitment” (OCC) value taken from your credit report at the time of funding and used a reliable average for all remaining expenses.
From some published Ombudsman decisions, it seems that QQ hasn’t kept the details of many credit checks it did for loans before 2014, see this decision for example. You won’t win your case just because QQ can’t produce this information, but if you kept borrowing or rolling loans for months then you shouldn’t worry that QQ has some brilliant way of showing they did great checks.
In assessing loans funded after FCA regulations were implemented, we used validated expenses figures. We arrived at those figures by validating your declared expenses for various categories from your loan application against credit reference agency and Office of National Statistics data.
Here QQ usually has kept more records. But they were validating your expenses against some national averages. that may have been fine for the first few loans, but if you kept borrowing, QQ should have wondered if your real expenses were larger than their estimates. So they should have done extra checks on your later loans, not just kept repeating the same checks.
In assessing whether your loan(s) were affordable, we evaluated whether your total repayment across the loan term was sufficiently less than your total estimated disposable income across the loan term, after taking into account your expenses.
They were estimating your income and your expenses, without verifying them.
Also did you have had one of QQ’s “three month loans” where they only charged the interest for the first two months then the whole of the capital repayment plus another months interest in the third month? If you did, QQ assumed you would save up money in the first and second months. But the Ombudsman often doesn’t think this is fair, for example, here is one Ombudsman decision.
We further assessed affordability by viewing your account history for hardship. If we concluded that any of your prior loans were in hardship status, we evaluated whether any subsequent loans were issued without an adequate gap in time in between.
But QQ doesn’t seem to take account of whether you had to roll a loan, ask for a top-up or ask for extra time to repay a loan, even though that is also evidence that you were struggling.
we closely reviewed whether you took out multiple loans in short succession and whether there were negative changes in your individual circumstances such as a decrease in income and/or an increase in “other credit commitments” between said loans. We further analysed dependency by examining whether you had any loan(s) with numerous extensions or rollovers and if so, whether any subsequent loan was funded in close proximity thereafter.
QQ says they “closely review” these, but often they just seem to reject a case even if often you had to roll a loan or borrow again soon after repaying one.
You may feel this letter doesn’t actually reflect your situation at all – and you are probably right! QQ doesn’t explain why they have refused to refund some loans, or why they picked the ones they did.
For several years QQ didn’t add 8% statutory interest to goodwill refunds it offered. But inAugust 2018 sent an unexpected additional refund to some customers who had been affected by this.
QuickQuid cases at the Ombudsman (you can no longer send a QQ case to the ombudsman)
The Ombudsman service is easy to use but has been slow for QQ complaints, but in summer 2019 that seems to be improving as a large number of cases have been decided.
Three things not to worry about:
- you won’t “lose” an offer from QQ if you go to the Financial Ombudsman. So far as I am aware, in every case where someone was offered an amount by QQ the Ombudsman has increased the amount.
- the Ombudsman won’t reject your case because you had a large income or your partner kept bailing you out etc. Lots of people have won these cases. If you kept borrowing then QQ should have realised you were dependent on the loans and stopped lending.
- cases where there was a lot of repeat borrowing and gambling are getting good refunds.
How do they respond to the adjudicator’s decision?
The Adjudicator is the name for the first stage of an Ombudsman complaint. Only 10% of cases have to go to the second stage is when it is looked at by an Ombudsman.
QQ accept have been accepting some adjudicator decisions. But sometimes they offer a lower amount, in which case you have to decide if it’s worth taking that or asking for the case to go to the Ombudsman.
In June one person has just reported being offered c £8,000 by QuickQuid when the adjudicator’s decisions would have been about £9,500 – he decided that was a good enough offer to accept.
Rejecting too many adjudicator decisions
But QQ has been rejecting far too many adjudicator decisions.
The ombudsman could take all these adjudicator decisions through to the second “Ombudsman-level” where a decision is legally binding and QQ have to payout. But that would take a lot of Ombudsman resource to get thousands of cases through at that level. It shouldn’t be needed. the Ombudsman-level is intended for the few difficult cases, not for run-of-the-mill standard decisions.
Both the Ombudsman and QQ’s regulator, the FCA, have been pointing out that the FCA’s rules say a lender has to learn from ombudsman decisions and apply them.
This is why in August QuickQuid agreed to accept several thousand adjudicator decision it had previously rejected.
QQ started to send emails with the refund amounts and asking for people’s bank account details in September.
Good news that QQ is paying out on some FOS decisions but…
I’m very pleased QQ agreed to pay out on these decisions. Not just for those customers getting their refund at long last, but because by removing a large number of complaints from the queue for an ombudsman, I hope a lot of other FOS complaints will move forward faster.
QQ’s American parent, Enova, released its second-quarter earnings figures last month. Overall they were fine, but there were some comments in the Earnings Conference Call about Enova needing to reach a satisfactory resolution with the FCA and FOS about complaints. It’s not clear what they mean by this.
Enova’s third-quarter figures contained the announcement that they would be closing their UK business due to “regulatory uncertainty”.

QuickQuid goes into administration – what will happen

Can anyone help wrote letter of complaint along with the details off all the loans to qq including the loan numbers etc they acknowledged my complaint but the 8 week time scale is up on the 20-09-17 am still haven’t heard nothing how quick as everyone else response been
Rachel says
Hi,
I’ve had Quickquid confirm the offer they have sent me does not include the 8% interest, they have offered me £1900 refund from loans I had with them from 2011/12. Is it worth pursuing it with the ombudsman to get the 8%??
Thanks in advance
Rachel
Sara (Debt Camel) says
is it a full refund on all the loans? have they excluded any because they are older than 6 years? The 8% interest would add up to about 45% extra over that timescale, so it’s a lot. If they have offered a full refund on all loans, I usually think it’s not a bad offer…
Mel says
My time scale was up the 20-09-17 had a reply yesterday £1135.80 off an £308 balance wrote off I rang and spoke to them accepted the offer and money was in my bank 4hours later I worked out I’d had 12 loans over a period of time but paid only £1200 in interest so I’m pleased good luck all

Hi
Just a quick tip for anyone struggling to get through on QQ’s complaint phone number – if you call collections (the only number that seems to be being picked up) and complain that you have been on hold for hours and believe no one is manning the complaint line they might just transfer you like they did me this morning – I tried the complaints team immediately after 8am but still went straight to ‘on hold’ so got fed up and called collections as general customer service no use.
Shem
Linda says
I had this problem and was told by the main QQ number the complaints number weren’t taking calls anymore. Just got off the phone to the FO who like you said to call Collectors. I did get through to them and after 15 minutes on hold got through to collections so worth a try
Vijay says
I also called QQ this morning and they said that Resolutions is also no longer taking calls. The agent said only emails will be answered : resolution@quickquid.co.uk
Collections also refused to give me an update on my case (despite having taken me through security). Considering the Ombudsman ordered them to refund me, I would have thought they would be helpful and not avoiding me.
Vijay says
The Ombudsman found in my favour re: a QQ complaint. So I was pretty shocked to see during the “resolution” that Quick Quid attempted to pass off on me the wrong amounts, only offer me 8% interest on one year (despite the loan being from 2012), and then claim I owed them money! What? Do I go back to the Ombudsman and make another complaint about how QQ is handling settlement cases? The 2012 original loan was £300 and the final amount I was pursued for (first by Quick Quid and then by the 3rd party collector PRA Group) is £501 (as is in my credit report and in their correspondence with me. So the fees and interest are £201! and on this there should be 8% interest per year (not for one year). Instead QQ is claiming “the loan was £300, refunded interest and charges £170, Interest at 8% simple £16.95 in total, 20% tax withholding on interest £3.39. We deducted the outstanding Principal balance of £300.00. Amount Owed to QuickQuid £113.05”. Any advice on how to proceed? Thanks.
Vijay says
I should add that have paid PRA Group £170 already on the £501 amount. And the Ombudsman told QQ to buy back the debt or not being able to make any deductions for the amounts.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
You were getting a refund of fees on one loan and you also had this other loan that was defaulted?
Vijay says
No, it was just one loan I took out in 2012. It was for £300 but with the fees it came out to £501. QQ sold the debt to PRA Group at £501 and I have been paying off that £501.. I’ve gotten the balance down to £331.
The Ombudsman found in my favour against QQ and said they are to refund me the interest, and all the fees, and either QQ buys back the debt or they are not entitled to make any deductions for it from the amount it needs to pay me.
However, QQ emailed me to say: “the loan was £300, refunded interest and charges £170, Interest at 8% simple £16.95 in total, 20% tax withholding on interest £3.39. We deducted the outstanding Principal balance of £300.00. Amount Owed to QuickQuid £113.05”.
If I already paid £170 of the £501 to PRA (even though this is not fair).

Hi, I originally complained in May last year. QQ didn’t agree so went to the FOS in July. Waited ages as some loans were older than 6 years. I finally decided that I would waive the older loans and asked my adjudicator to ask QQ if they agreed with the original decision where they upheld my complaint about the loans that were within the 6 year timeframe. They came back with an offer which I accepted. I have e-mailed QQ to ask when I would receive the refund but got no response so I rang them but they told me I would have to email. So frustrated. I’ve waited over 15 months and still waiting. I don’t really understand why they process some payouts quickly but others seem to get the run around….
Mrs Cheaplaugh says
There’s an email address for the head of QQ in another thread on here. They seemed to get a very quick response.

Anyone waiting for a payment from QQ….I sent my acceptance form to my adjudicator on Monday & was paid out yesterday!
I sent an email to foscomplaints@enova.com (the UK owner of QQ) as well as the complaints/resolution email yesterday morning asking when I should expect to see the money hit my account and they paid out 4 hours later!
Two ends of the spectrum from QQ….initially being extremely difficult at the beginning of my complaint to them paying out less than 24 hours after acceptance form submitted…so glad this is over!
Mike says
I had 6 loans which were rolled over 29 times between 10/09 and 05/12 with QQ.
They said as they were out of the time frame to be considered then they would be rejected on that merit.I borrowed a total of £3500 over the period repaying £3278 in interest and charges in addition to £731 which they sold on.
I sent my complaint to the FOS and after requesting more information they said they have been in touch with QQ to send them their information relating to my complaint. I needed to get as much info to them by 26/09 so guess that they have given them 2 weeks to get back to them.
Fingers crossed I get some good news this week, they did say they will then need to get back in touch for more detailed information ( any idea what else they will be asking for ?)
Sara (Debt Camel) says
They are likely to want bank statements. IF you have any evidence about financial problems during the period you borrowed – Letters/emails about defaults, missed payments, CCJs, debt management etc) that could help as a lot of stuff may have dropped off your credit record and no longer be visible.
Mike says
Thanks for your answer , alas I am no longer with the bank I used at the time of borrowing. At the time I used QQ the only bank account I could get with reasonable facilities was Think Banking…. ironically a service/account offered to folks with a less than perfect credit history…did that not make a statement itself?
Also how does a current credit report reflect on my borrowing from years ago…. It has not changed much .
Thanks for helping , you are a breath of fresh air !!!
Sara (Debt Camel) says
You can usually get bank accounts from closed accounts.
Your current credit report isn’t much help but it’s easy to produce and the FOS normally asks for it.
Stacey says
Hi, I’m looking for a bit of advice on the offer I’ve received from Quickquid.
They’ve responded stating they don’t agree with my affordability argument but my statement shows my dependancy on these loans. They have agreed to refund interest on 9 loans totalling £3,643. Although this is a large amount i was hoping for more, not sure if I’m expecting too much but these are my loan totals:
In total I borrowed £12,525 over a 3 year period- March 2011- August 2014, never more than a 3 day gap from paying one loan off to taking a new one out. I paid £7,200 in interest. I took out 24 new loans, 20 top up loans and rolled over my payments 26 times. This i believe shows clearly these loans were unaffordable and how dependent I was on them.
I’m not sure whether to decline the offer and go to FOS, whether i have a good enough case and whether its worth the wait! Any advice and opinions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
It sounds as though you have an excellent case.
If you paid more than 7k in interest you could get a LOT more than what they have offered by going to the FOS. Some of your loans are over 6 years old, getting a refund on those can be much longer, but if you were to rule them out you could still be getting over 7k back as the ombudsman will add 8% interest per year which will add up to a lot.
Stacey Williams says
Thanks Sara. They make you doubt yourself with jargon! I’ll refer to FOS.
Thanks again.

just like to say thanks, Sara I just received a letter from ombudsman for complaint about quick quid it went to the ombudsman in Jan of this year after quickquid rejected any wrongdoing. The adjudicator ruled in my favour for loans 3 to 13 on the 27th of June quickquid disagreed it been in the queue for ombudsman since. The letter now says quickquid agree with adjudicator and the refund will be £5123.14 plus £1753.70 pence interest so £6,525.94.
This is after they didn’t offer anything at the start and only £950 when the adjudicator started looking at it so just like to say big thank you and if anyone else going through this stick with it they will sort it.
I have got a lending stream one in for about the same amount so hoping that goes the same way thank you again
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Great news! QQ suddenly seem to be paying out on a few of these “in the queue” decisions – that will be making the queue shorter for everyone else!
Bookworm23 says
How long are QQ taking to pay out? I rec’d my offer of £4324 on Thursday evening and replied to say I accept. Just wondered how long the pay out usually takes?
Danny says
Hi!
Did you accept via FOS or direct with QQ? I accepted through FOS on a Tuesday, had the money refunded Wednesday evening. Sent an email to foscomplaints@enova.com (UK owner of QQ) & the QQ resolution/complaints email – that seemed to speed things up.
Steph says
I second what Danny said. I accepted an offer on Saturday, emailed the same address quoted by Danny and received the payment today @ 6pm – very quick.

I have just received an offer from QQ – £4260 including 8% of interests. They have selected my loans and instead of 18 loans approved by adjudicator I have been offered only 8. I have rejected it. I hope it was right decision. I expect a refund about £6k-£7k.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Sounds a good decision to me – QQ also have a habit of increasing their offers whilst your are waiting for the Ombudsman decision this sort of situation. They are just trying to get it settled as cheaply as possible, they don’t really disagree with the adjudicator’s decision, otherwise they would just let this go to the Ombudsman.
Monika says
Thanks Sara, feel much better after your reply.

The final loan has arrived. QQ where being stubborn and made me wait an extra 4months. But was worthy holding off for an extra £600 compared to their offer.
What a god send of a website I’ve found. Sara – thank you so much for this website and information. Couldn’t have done this without your assistance.
Total successful Claims to date.
Wonga – £2628 ✅
Sunny – £859 ✅
QQ – £940 ✅
Started this in January and never expected the outcome to be the above. It’s took 10months all in but I can’t be happier with these results.
Thanks again. Patience is key.
Time to start a fresh. ??

Thanks to everyone on the site.
I complained to QQ and they upheld my complaint and offered me just over £7k.
Something worth noting, when I originally asked for my statements and complained QQ only sent me info on my normal loans not the flexi loan I had so I was only trying to claim back £1200. As you can imagine it was a nice suprise to be offered £7k, it took about a week from accepting to the cash being in my account.
Thanks again

Interested to hear of any updates relating to Quick Quid and any loans that were taken out more than six years ago. I currently have a complaint against Quick Quid which has been with the FOS since August 2016 relating to 17 loans taken out from early 2009 – middle 2012. The level of compensation for this complaint should be around £7,000. Quick Quid have dug their heels in with the Ombudsman over the six year issue. The lack of progress with this complaint has been extremely frustrating. I have been told by the FOS that the six year issue “may” be resolved with Quick Quid by the end of October. I’m hoping they mean October 2017!
Other complaints made from April 2016 have all been upheld. Nearly 90 payday loans with five lenders over a three and a half year period. Total amount borrowed was nearly £32,000 with £10,127.30 paid in interest.
Complaints upheld
WageDayAdvance £2,249.01
Wonga £2,294.08
Payday Express £4,977.05
Payday UK £8,029.11
Total compensation so far totals £17,549.25.
Many thanks Sara for running this website and forum. It has been a huge help to me in my battle to resolve long term debt problems.

Hello
I started off with an email to QQ, Wonga and Sunny a couple of weeks ago and got a response from QQ today asking me for bank statements, pay slips etc.
How did everyone else respond to this, did you supply these?
Bal says
Hi hi,
You can supply them if you want to but it’s a waste of time from my experience as they don’t bother to look at these. From what I have seen across many forums they do not uphold your compliant even though your bank statements clearly show you don’t have sustainable income to cover repayments for these loans. You can always advise them that you will supply this information if your case ends up with ombudsman, because they should have asked you these details when you were taking out the loans to work out whether these loans were affordable or not.
Hope this helps.
Bal says
First of all I would like to thank Sara for this amazing website.
After going through the website, I thought I will gather all my payday loan details and start the complaining process. I was badly caught up in a payday spiral starting in 2011. Complained to QuickQuid/PoundsToPocket back in February this year. Both of them pretty much came back to me by end of March and gave me around £100 each as compensation. I rejected their offer and took both cases to FOS. Adjudicator ruled in my favour in both cases and directed QuickQuid to refund interest on 6 out of 10 loans and for PoundsToPocket to refund interest on all 2 loans. Went to Ombudsman as expected. Ombudsman gave provisional decision last month along the same lines as adjudicator with the exception that only part of the first loan (topups) from PoundsToPocket was unaffordable. I went to back to Ombudsman with additional details and decision changed. Got final decisions for both on 12th October 2017, PoundsToPocket only the first loan was determined unaffordable. Accepted both decisions and sent an email to both companies this morning and called them up to confirm my bank details. Already received my refund from PoundsToPocket which is around £2k.
Wonga is with Ombudsman at the moment, and provided Ombudsman agrees with adjudicator’s decision 47 out of 51 loans would be unaffordable.
Thanks to everyone on the forum and a big thank you to Sara. Patience is key.

i’m a little confused after reading recent comments that progress was potentially being made regarding QQ and loans over 6 years old…
I contacted both the FOS and QQ recently for an update on any findings (before I had heard of the above) to my complaint logged with FOS early March 2017. only QQ have so far responded, saying that they have not been contacted by the FOS at all yet, whereas previously the FOS have maintained on numerous occasions that they were in talks with QQ about loans over 6 years. so what does this mean?!
I’ve complained recently to QQ that their lack of action is still having a knock-on effect to my current finances – I’ve actually been stupid enough to take out 2 small payday loans this month from different providers and have also taken out a £1k high interest loan over 12 months too – but this now makes me feel like it is the FOS who may actually be holding progress up here?
anyone have any advice on this please? feel like i’m going to be smack bang at the bottom of the waiting list when the FOS decide to start chasing QQ now…
thanks.

I feel as frustrated as you. My quick quid complaint has been with my adudicator since October 2016 and I email monthly and all I get is the same reply we have no up dates we are still in the process of talks with quick quid over loans over 6 years. 4 out of 6 of my loans are over the 6 year mark. I originally first complained to quick quid June 2016.

Yikes. one thing i’m sure of, i’m in good (and vastly numerical) company!!

“only QQ have so far responded, saying that they have not been contacted by the FOS at all yet, whereas previously the FOS have maintained on numerous occasions that they were in talks with QQ about loans over 6 years. so what does this mean?!”
As I understand it (and I have no insider information here), the FOS has selected a few cases to use to discuss the general jurisdictional issue about the 6+ year loans with QuickQuid. I am hoping for some news from these cases – end of the month has been rumoured. Other over 6 year cases are not being discussed with QQ at the moment, there is no point in having dozens of adjudicators all making the same points about 6+ cases.
“feel like i’m going to be smack bang at the bottom of the waiting list when the FOS decide to start chasing QQ now…” no, you will be ahead of all the more recent cases.
There is nothing you can do to speed this up. The Ombudsman really wants this sorted, but it has to be done properly.

latest update from the FOS to me regarding loans over 6 years…

not optimistic that this is going to happen any time soon, despite what I’ve heard on here about some progress being made come close of play October 2017. still, that is just my personal opinion and I thought this information may help.
cheers.

see my comment below but if the older loans are a lot less than the 6 year loans you might be better off dropping that part of the complaint and just going for the ones they can look at.

thanks wiggles, I only have 2 loans from QQ and they were both in 2008. that might not seem like cause for complaint, but I was lending from QQ at the same time as with the 5 loans and 5 deferrals from Payday UK (already refunded) and 2 from PoundstillPayday (already refunded) so I am holding out!
i’m hearing a few rumblings that progress is being made with QQ and loans over 6 years but both QQ and the FOS have both written to me recently saying quite the opposite. frustrating, but a good result for you in the end.

Cross posting this from the main topic
Just had my Final Decision letter from the FoS for my Quick Quid case.
After having my initial complaint sent in October 2016 flat refused by QQ it was sent off to the FoS and was accepted as a case around mid jan 2017 and there it sat in a jurisdiction pile as QQ were flat out saying the FoS had no right to look at them as it was over 6 years and all that jazz. In August 2017 I decided to forgo the complaint for first 10 loans the FoS said they had no clue when or if they would ever be able to legally look at the first loans.
A couple of weeks later I had a phone call from an Adjudicator who had been assigned to the case, QQ had made an offer of 4 of the loans and not the Flex Credit account which I said was not acceptable, I then got a decision which was all loans after the 6 year cutoff including the flex credit loan, I was happy QQ said no so back in the queue it went for an Ombudsman. QQ had made another offer, all loans minus the flex credit account, I refused that, yesterday I got a final response letter saying that he has totally upheld my complaint, with the usual 8% and removal from credit file, I worked this out to be about £5.1k ish. To say im happy is an understatement, this coupled my other cases Wonga, Lending Stream, Sunny and Vanquis, has made 2017 a great year for me.

Jane says
How long was it with FOS for ?
jane l says
Got similar figures to you- QQ outright rejected mine. I had the flex loan and they said they werent obliged to asses affordability of the flex loan- erm did you get that refunded?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
” they said they weren’t obliged to assess affordability of the flex loan” I really hope they didn’t say that!
Jane says
They did and I’m not sure if FOS will uphold my complaint :(
I sent to FOS fingers crossed
Sara (Debt Camel) says
It’s nonsense.
I suggest you send the case to the Ombudsman and also say you feel QQ has mislead you by saying it isn’t obliged to assess affordability on flexi accounts and ask for additional compensation.
Emily says
Hello,
I opened a complaint with Quick Quid and Pay Day UK, in September and have received a final offer from Quick Quid of £685. The total interest paid was £2271 over several loans, a number of loans are older than six years. So therefore I would accept £1900 for the loans within six years nd have it removed from my credit file. Would it be a good idea for me to take it to the FOS?
Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says
685 out of 1900 doesn’t sound close to being a good offer. Especially as if you go to the FOS you will also get 8% simple interest added on to any refund. If your loans were a few years ago, that 8% per year can add up to a lot.
I suggest you should send the case to the Ombudsman to look at. it sounds as though you didn’t have many loans over 6 years old, so you could say you are happy for them to be disregarded.
Emily says
I have now been asked by the financial ombudsman for bank statements that date back to the loans, I dont have these and I dont feel comfortable sending them. Do i have to for them to consider my case?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Yes you do need to send them. If you don’t, you won’t win your complaint.
You can get copies of old bank statements even from closed accounts.
Aida says
Hello, I took a loan out with pounds to pocket and sister company QQ. I only borrowed once and didn’t roll but I have had a few payday loans taken out around the same time in November to December 2012 to pay each others loans. I still put the complaint in anyway but in your opinion do I have a good chance or getting anything back please? Thanks in advance :)
Sara (Debt Camel) says
It’s possible but 1 loan cases are more difficult. How large the loans were compared to your income will make a difference here. Also you won’t have paid much interest probably so you may decide it’s not worth pursuing to the Ombudsman if they turn you down?
Aida says
I borrowed £1100 initially but after calculating the interest alone and 2 late fees at £12, surprisingly it comes to £914.34. in your opinion, do you think it’s still worth pursuing? And also there was a balance on it but says “write off”, can they change their mind?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Are you saying you borrowed 1100 but only repaid 914? If not how much did you repay in total, ignore whether it was capital, interest of charges, just the total amount you paid the QQ.
Also is this one loan or two? If two loans, so the maths (amount borrowed / amount repaid) separately
Bobski says
Just received an offer from QQ. About 30% of the interest I paid. Off to the ombudsman I go. I read on here QQ normally make higher offers. Anyone know what sort of time frame this happens?
Gareth says
Reject their offer and ask for more increase to 90% of what you paid
the fact that they have made an offer shows they are in the wrong keep badgering until they refuse to offer any more perhaps you will get lucky and get it resolved before going the FOS route good luck.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Hi Bobski, it varies a lot! Some people will get an increased offer whilst it is waiting for an adjudicator. Others don’t, but may get an increased offer whilst it is waiting in the Ombudsman queue. Some people have even got several more offers.
Liam says
Hi Sara,
I hope you can help i have emailed QuickQuid on the 27th October asking for details of my loans an that i was making a complaint about irresponsible lending to which i haven’t got a reply. I sent a second email on the 6th Nov as per one of your templates asking for a Statement of my Account but i still haven’t heard anything. Am i right thinking now that i can’t do anything else apart from wait and if they haven’t replied by 8 weeks from my original date of 27th October i should go to the Ombudsman?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Well you can put in a rather vague step two complaint… can you work out the details of your loans from your bank statements?
Liam says
These were back in 2011 and 2012. i have now sent in a complaint.
Thank you for all your help
Damian Blows says
I mailed QQ two days ago requesting account details for QQ and P2P loans, got the following response this morning –
As you may know, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are bound by their rules and guidance. The complaint handling rules are known as DISP and specifically in your case, DISP 1.8.1( R ) states
“If a respondent receives a complaint which is outside the time limits for a referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service (see DISP 2.8) it may reject the complaint without considering the merits….”
I will pass to FOS and see if anything happens.
Alfie says
I have just sent, yesterday a complaint to Quckquid following on from reading this information. Today I receive acknowledgement from QQ and they asked for bank statements and wage slips. I have responded with the answer no and the I will happily provide these to the FO. I have also requested a statement that they haven’t acknowledged yet! Hopefully I will receive some news in the next 8 weeks as I took out a lot of loans in the past.
Thanks for the information on this page.
Mike says
Morning all,
I complained to QuckQuid in September on the grounds of dependency as I had loans rolled over from March 2012 – May 2017. There was no more than one month between paying one loan off and taking another out. In total I’ve paid £7850 interest in this period. Pretty shameful for me to see.
Yesterday. QuhckQuid upheld my complaint with the below response but only offered £1500 in return.
My gut feeling is that they know there is evidence of wrongdoing and by me taking this to the FOS I’d have a good chance of further compensation? Would you agree? £1500 seems a little low given the total repaid.
QuickQuid:
Nonetheless, I can see that a pattern of dependency emerged with loan 6419666 and such pattern continued after the period you took out the above referenced loan.
CONCLUSION: COMPLAINT UPHELD
We take seriously our responsibility to treat customers fairly and to that point we uphold your complaint as it relates to irresponsible lending. As such, we are offering you a refund of £1500 which equates to the interest charged on loan .
Sara (Debt Camel) says
That is a LOT of borrowing, definitely one for the Ombudsman.
Kathy says
Hi all, does anyone know if Quick Quid tend to agree with adjudicators decision and if they do – how long they take to pay out? Thanks.
Lisa says
Not in my case unfortunately. When I first wrote to them directly, they offered £700 which I refused. I referred it to the FOS and QQ offered £3,000, which I again refused. It is still in the que waiting for a final decision from an Ombudsman. The interest and charges I paid was roughly £6,500.
Julia says
Hi I have had a very unpleasant reply from QQ. I mentioned in my initial complaint that I was a single parent at the time of taking back to back loans my mental health was also suffering. Their response is grim and they have not upheld anything they say there is no evidence of financial hardship and that they did nothing wrong. They have offered me £24
Absolutely gutted. It took a lot of courage to start this thanks to your site but now bit bewildered as the loans are over 6 years old. Help
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Send the case to the Ombudsman. It will be very slow but what have you got to lose? The Ombudsman will not be grim to deal with!
Myers says
How did things go with Quick Quid after that for you? I weirdly also got a similar response with an offer of £24 deducted from an existing outstanding loan from 2013. I referred it to the Ombudsman.
Rache says
Hi Sarah, I had 8 roll over loans in a row with Quick Quid back in 2014 when I was in really bad financial difficultly. I made a claim last June which was rejected . Do you think it is worth revisiting my claim or is it worthless since the 6 months time limit for response has elapsed and I did not escalate sooner. Thank you
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Unless there is a very good reason why you didn’t send it to the Ombudsman within 6 months (you or a child in hospital, that sort of thing) it is now too late :(
david says
hi all, has anyone any news regarding loans over 6 years with QQ yet; I heard a few rumblings that there was optimism that the FOS and QQ may have come to an agreement by October 2017 but as yet I haven’t seen much else on the matter on here or elsewhere.
Just wondering! :)
thanks.
davey says
Spoke to adjudicator last week regarding this – he told me talks are on going at senior level (same with Wonga).
david says
no change then, basically!
thanks for the info.
Jesse says
Hi, I just wanted some advice I have had multiple loans with QQ over the past 3 years with the first one in 2014. QQ have removed them from their website, but I have all the information on my emails. The total I have borrowed is around the 3k mark, but I’ve obviously paid a lot of interest. Also over the past 3 years I have had loans with wonga and lending stream and was getting new loans to pay existing loans off. With both QQ and Wonga I struggled to pay off the loans and in some instances had to set up a payment plan. After they were paid off, both companies would then be sending me multiple emails and accepted me for more loans. Just wanted to know whether you think I have a case? Thanks Jesse
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Repeat borrowing over a prolonged period is by itself a good case. If in addition you needed payment plans and QQ and Wonga continued to lend after wards, both of those sound like very strong cases. Also complain against Lending stream!
Jesse says
Hi, I had a reply from QQ today asking for bank statements and payslips from the time of the loans. What do you suggest I should put in the reply email? Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says
You don’t have to send QQ bank statements if you don’t want to – some people don’t want to give a payday lender this personal information. If you don’t want to, just reply that you would like them to consider the complaint on the basis of what they already know and you will be happy to supply the Ombudsman with bank statements if the complaint goes that far.
They can see what you get paid from bank statements – I think they only ask for payslips to make this feel difficult. The Ombudsman never asks for payslips.
Jonah says
If I have put in a complaint with Qq but still have an outstanding debt with them, will they try and take the payment while dealing with my complaint even though I used your template and asked them not to?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
If you can’t afford the repayment – it would mean you have to borrow more – you should cancel the CPA with your bank so QQ can’t take that money.
If you have a repayment plan arranged that you can afford (eg it’s in a DMP) then it usually makes sense to carry on with the payments. This means you will get a larger refund later if you win the complaint … and if you don’t win your complaint you will have paid off more of the debt.
Jonny says
Hi i had many loans with QQ between Aug 2011 to June 2013. Starting at £100 to begin with rising to 500 rolling over each month. While also having 4 other loans at the same time to be paying each others off. I have sent my complaints off and had first replies off each. QQ the only ones so far to send me my account history. How do I work out roughly what I could get as a refund?
Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Hi Jonny, you need to add up the interest you paid on all of your loans – that is the important figure to know. Also do the same but exclude any loans that were more than 6 years old – in your case that will only be a small number.
Jonny says
I recieved the rest of my statments today. I added the interest i paid to each, coming to a total of £2584. Do I just wait to hear again from them now? Or is there any other steps to take?
Thanks.
Clark says
How long do quickquid/p2p normally take to pay out once accepted an offer?
Lisa says
a few days for me
AC says
Hi all,
I complained to quickquid a couple of months ago but only got round to my pounds 2 pocket complaint in the last few weeks. They are now saying that they’ve already sent a final response, however this was just for my QQ loans. Can I still complain about p2p or not?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
What did their previous response say? Did you accept the offer?
AC says
Never mind, after reading through their final reponse from before it does mention QQ & P2P collectively. I didn’t notice that before! That will teach me not to skim read!! Luckily my P2P refund wouldn’t have been too high. Maybe £150 or so. I thought it was unusual that they were offering me so close to what I was expecting. Lesson learned!
Stacy says
Hello
I put a complaint in to QQ beginning of August. After receiving an unsatisfactory offer I referred to FOS end of September. By mid October FOS got in touch to request a few extra documents which I provided.
They stated they were then going to contact QQ. I haven’t heard anything since, is this normal? Do you know approximately how long till I get a response?
Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says
It sounds normal. The FOS will be waiting for QQ to supply their case file then an adjudicator can pick up the case. You would normally hear sometime this month, but of course Christmas may delay it a bit.
Stacy says
Ok, thanks for the reply.
Beaker77 says
Having came across this site a couple of months ago I started a complaint against PDUK, pounds till payday and quick quid.
Within the eight week period PDUK offered £1195 in respect of three loans- but have said they will look at a further two loans with more information. I have to say I found the whole process really stress free with these guys and they were very helpful and friendly when I spoke on the phone.
Quick Quid came back immediately with a no due to loans being over six years old ( the last two only by a couple of weeks!) In fairness to the complaints team they did send the statement of loans immediately upon request and I have sent this to the financial Ombudsman (again a very simple process and would recommend to other to keep pushing) – I am happy to wait out their decision. I feel that payday loan companies have acted unfairly and there should be some redress- I believe they get charged for every complaint after the 25th complaint to the financial ombudsman so even if I don’t receive a payout (interest was over £3000) hopefully they will still be charged for the way they have treated customers.
Pounds till payday – no response yet and as they are based in Malta I am not hopeful of a positive outcome but thought it worth a shot.
My payday loan hell is finanly over and haven’t needed to use these companies over the past few years. I am using any monies received from refunds to sort out other debts with an aim to be debt free by the end of 2018.
Emma says
Hi Sara,
I received a reply from QQ stating I get nothing and telling me they believe a knew about the date of complaining long before the three year period..whatever that means..among other nonsense.
I also received a reply from Wonga offering on 2 of the 21 loans (of which I advised them I would concede three of as they were out of the six year threshold), offering me £293.
I advised both I was going to FOS and sent the first (Wonga, around 15/12 and QQ around 22/12).
I had an answerphone message from FOS yesterday saying they’ve sent a letter in the post and to call if I have any queries.
Do you know if this would be an offer or decline ? I am laughing because you may be thinking “just wait for the letter” and I know you’re not psychic lol, but I am rather impatient and think it’s soon to have been dealt with already.
Tia
Emma
Emma says
Also, I did send everything they need when making my claim (bank statements and credit report for now)..
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Were all the QQ loans over 6 years old?
The odds are that the letter from the FOS is just admin, telling you your case reference number or something.
Emma says
No, only about 4 of (I think) 27 and one pounds2pocket.
Thanks Sara.
Aida says
If I already have a ref number from ombudsman and qq and pounds to pocket are known to make offers whilst in a queue. Would it be worth sending them an email, letting them know you’ve escalated to ombudsman?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Not worth your time – the Ombudsman will be sending them an email very soon asking for their case record, so that may trigger some action.
Village Idiot says
Hi,
So, in general, how are QQ with the flex credit loans?
I had a spell of about 6 months where every pay day I would pay them off and then a couple of days later have to borrow from them again, it got up to about half my salary so knowing what I know now and with the other info they should have considered and declined me on, I think this spell is solid for a refund.
Next though was a spell on Flex Credit and this is where it gets trickier, does it? I had loads and loads of smaller borrowings for a long spell until they either stopped the product or stopped offering it to me – I forget which. Are QQ trying to reject these claims generally?
Just to mention also, looking back I can see when they stopped lending to me – I guess that was their moment when they stopped lending so irresponsibly generally. Sadly for me I went to other lenders then rather than shaping up.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
They will probably reject your complaint – but send it to the ombudsman as people are winning flex loan complaints there.
Village Idiot says
Thanks yet again Sara!
Village Idiot says
I emailed QQ yesterday and got an acknowledgment from them today that included the following:
“To help us reach a fair complaint outcome in a timely manner (and where appropriate provide an offer of redress), please provide us with the following information as soon as possible:
• Bank statements (at the point/s you took out your loan/s with us)
• Payslips (at the point/s you took out your loan/s with us)
• Any additional information relating to your financial circumstances (at the point you took out your loan/s with us)
If you need to contact us in the meantime, please do not hesitate to do so on the contact details below.”
Is it better to comply with this, decline to send, or is it neither here nor there?
Many thanks,
Village Idiot says
Sorry, I didn’t realise this was already covered at the top, should have re-read before posting. Perhaps I should rephrase it – does it help my case at all to send them, and is there much chance it would harm it? I don’t mind too much them seeing what is there.
The relevant statements are from a joint account, so I think there is maybe a case to decline on that basis?
Gary says
Completed my settlement form to the adjudicator who has sent it back to quick quid- does anyone know how long they take to pay out ?
Thanks

I have had a total of 55 loans, top ups and extensions from Quick Quick between 2011 – 2017 fortunately I have all of my paperwork still, which I have collated working out how much I have borrowed and how much interest I have paid. This total £13899.23 (interest alone) I managed to clear all but one off on time. I have now managed due to a debt management plan been able to get back on track and change my life around. I have a good wage but was going through a split of the family unit which put huge financial pressures on me to support my two children and the day to day living arrangements. I have emailed QQ on Monday of this week and hoping to hear from them soon. QQ have text and emailed me 7 times offering me 10% to take out further loans.
David says
Hi Sara is it possible to put in another complaint in against Quick Quid? As I accepted a very small amount, around £200 paid about 5k back and around 25 loans. Since I’ve won much longer amounts worth £1000s with Payday Express and Sunny thanks to your help on debtcamel.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Unless you feel you were misled by there response, no.
Topsy86 says
Ok, So QuickQuid have refused that they have acted irresponsibly so I have now taken the next step and completed a claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service, I will keep you all posted on my progress. The FOS complaints page was so simple to use, I was really apprehensive at first but its not so scary. Thank You Sara (Debt Camel), you’ve been a big help
Eva says
Done the same. Sent off 04/01/18 and was picked up by adjudicator 16/01/18 so lets see how QQ will deal with it. Good luck and let us know

Email foscomplaints@enova.com who are the UK team who deal with the FOS complaints that have gone via the FOS for cash euronet.
I did and they responded within 2 days.
Steve says
Where did people send their QQ complaints too? Its been 8 weeks, several emails no replies??
S says
I sent mine to complaint@quickquid.co.uk
If you have been sending yours to this address and 56 days have passed I would get the ball rolling with the FOS and explain that they have not issued you with a final response in the allotted time.

Spot on. Have started the FO ball tolling, thanks

I emailed QQ for a list of my loans, who referred me to the collections agency my last loan is/was with (I’m sure I have paid that off and the collections agency they named aren’t listed on my credit repor, but that is by the by at the moment….) I responded to say that whilst I appreciate the account was passed over for the last loan, it is a history of all loans I am requesting from QQ as the lender. Their response was as follows:
“We have received your e-mail and we are sorry for any inconvenience! We are not able to send a history of your loan accounts with us. If you have any queries, our Collections Department is here to help.”
Stalemate! What now??
Sara (Debt Camel) says
What you need to do now is write a rather vague step two complaint letter as in the article above. At the end of this you need to say “I want you to consider my complaint about ALL the loans you gave me, including any passedor sold to a debt collector. I have asked your for a complete list of my loans and you haven’t yet sent this – I still want this list as it will let me explain my complaint better.”
In addition you need to contact the collections agency (who is it?) and ask if you owe a balance to them, ask for a statement of account for that loan (they won’t be able to provide the other loans!) and tell them you are disputing the loan with QuickQuid.
Frankie says
Hi there, I took my complaint to the FOS and I managed to reach settlement with QQ and have agreed on a figure.
I’m still waiting for QQ to contact me and want to chase it up (I read somewhere on here people received the money within a few days), does anyone know how to contact them directly about this? I’ve seen the email address foscomplaints@enova.com used previously but I haven’t had a response from the email address.
Thanks!
Cally says
Hello :) how long did this take for you to get payment from Quickquid? I have had a response from the Adjudicator with my offer of payment, so now just awaiting that.
Hope you don’t mind me asking – well done on yours :)

I have had previous payday loans that rolled each month then a flex loan all with quick quid for 4 years. I complained to Quick Quid and they offered a small amount so I sent my complaint to the ombudsman the beginning of September. I was told it should be resolved by December but it wasn’t. I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman and asked them for an updated timescale as its now 6 months that the ombudsman have had my case. They are saying they cant give me a date as I have had both payday and flex loans. Has anyone else had a similar response? Its really frustrating as its been 9 months since I first logged my complaint and feel like it is never going to be resolved or get a straight answer.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
yes, these cases do seem to take a long time at the FOS – not sure why, they really aren’t that hard!
Heather says
thank you for your reply, it makes me feel better knowing its not just me. I just wish they could give me a reliable timescale to go off

I sent my complaint with QQ and p2p to the FOS and I finally got a settlement figure. Who pays this out though? Fos are saying quickquid which is what I thought but QQ say that have nothing to do with it as I accepted the fos settlement!?? I am confused nd getting nowhere with QQ.

Hi I have just got standard reply from qq
Bank statements (at the point/s you took out your loan/s with us)
• Payslips (at the point/s you took out your loan/s with us)
• Any additional information relating to your financial circumstances (at the point you took out your loan/s with us)
I replied as follows
• Thank you for supplying me with my loan statement. In respect for your request for banks statements, I have requested them from my bank. I have no desire to supply you with my wage slips. I will be happy to make both my bank statements and wage slips available to the financial Ombudsman if required. In respect to my financial position at the time of taking out loans I was caught in a spiral of payday loans often taking out multiple loans with many company’s trying to Pay my loans off and keep my head above water. I was often forced to take out loans every month with thing getting out of control . If you had looked at my credit file then this would have been very evident. You would have also noticed that I was sometimes taking out multiple loans in one month and often taking out loans month after month.
I would be grateful if you could continue to investigate my complaint with the information you have to hand Thank you Andrew
My question is do I still have to send my second letter of complaint now I have my statements or will the above comments do?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
That looks fine!
natasha sheridan says
Hi All,
Just got this reply from QQ and P2P.
AFFORDABILITY & CREDIT WORTHINESS
The investigation of your complaint considered all relevant information contained in your application. It was noted your monthly income was stated as £1300 per month. I compared your income to your total monthly repayment for each loan you took with us. From this I can see that the income you made during each payday loan with us was always more than enough to cover the amount you had to repay us for each loan and thus I cannot agree with you that your loans were unaffordable.
DEPENDENCY
If there was dependency we would expect to see constantly increasing amounts in order to cover the prior loan interest and principal. However, your loan amounts varied and actually decreased from the previous loan which shows that you were not relying on one loan to repay the previous loan.
natasha sheridan says
You are claiming that you were dependent on loans. Yet if you were dependent on taking out one loan to repay the other then you would have taken out numerous loans, for equal or increasing loan amounts, and with very little time between paying off one loan and taking out the other. When I reviewed your loan history I see that you never had more than four consecutive loans with less than 15 days between loans.
HARDSHIP
I reviewed your file and noted that on 31/07/2014 you informed us of your financial difficulty. However, your file also shows that we did not issue you another loan after you claimed financial hardship.
CONCLUSION: COMPLAINT NOT UPHELD
Therefore it is for the above reasons we cannot agree that CashEuroNet irresponsibly lent to you.
I dont get how they can see this I was borrowing off them and wonga and in one month i had 950 off QQ and 300 off P2p and £300 off wonga. I got myself into a right mess x
Do I just send this straight on to FOS?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
ah this is QQ’s weasel words template to try to make everyone’s complaint look as weak as possible. Ignore it and send the complaint to the Ombudsman.
Dan says
This is word for word the same response I got ! Funny as every case should be individual. And the best bit was the bit about the loans getting smaller/reducing in size my first loan was £50 and my Last loan was £1000 ! All issued when in a dmp.
Sara one question I had 15 loans with qq over a 12 month period all a mix of flex and payday loans the complaint I’ve put in to the fos is for all of them is this ok ? They don’t have to be seperated? As really can’t remember.
Phusita says
Hi Sara
I have final responses from Quick quid
Offer me
e are in receipt of your complaint dated 08/02/2018 where you allege that QuickQuid irresponsibly lent to you. In our assessment we look at:
• Affordability
• Creditworthiness
• Dependency
• Hardship
I’ve investigated your complaint and would like to bring your attention to the following points:
DEPENDENCY
There were large gaps in your borrowing history. There was 540 days between your 3rd and 4th loans, further demonstrating that you were not simply taking out one loan to repay the next one.
You are claiming that you were dependent on loans.
CONCLUSION: COMPLAINT UPHELD
We take seriously our responsibility to treat customers fairly and to that point we uphold your complaint as it relates to irresponsible lending. As such, we would like to offer to waive £49.78 which equates to the late fee charged plus 8% statutory interest on loans 10317499, 10817340, 11144142.
OFFER BREAKDOWN
Please find the breakdown of the offer below:
-Contractual interest and/or charges £45
– Interest at 8% simple £5.98
-20% tax withholding on interest £1.2
-Amount applied to your outstanding balance £49.78
Please note this offer includes an element of interest payable at 8% a year “simple” from the date any interest and/or charges were incurred to the date of payment.
I will have to go to FOS

Hi,
I had a number of loans from both quickquid and pounds to pocket running at the same time. I didn’t take as many loans from pounds to pocket as I did from quickquid but with them being sister companies should I be sending one complaint to cover the both companies or should I be sending separate letters to each lender?
Thanks in advance!
Debra BARNARD says
Send in two separate complaints. They came back to me and said they would deal with as one in their name of CashNetEuro uk and then when it went to FO , They dealt with separately P2P were quick to settle with an adjudicator decision, but like you less loans with them.. QQ however have let it go to the ombudsman and have took over 6 months to get sorted. Good luck but 2 complaints to CashNetEuro uk trading as QQ and P2P.

So happy, thank you!

Just received an offer, they’ve offered a refund of £2403, £2068.38 refund of interest, £418.27 interest at 8% less £83.65 tax. Think I’ll take my case to the ombudsman as this isn’t even half of the interest I paid on these loans
LM says
My case against P2P has been upheld by the FO and he has written to me telling me that we now have to wait for an offer from them.
Their cutoff date is 26th March. He’s asked for all interest to be refunded and added 8% with all credit files to be amended.
Just to say that everyone should keep fighting and take their case to the Ombudsman without fail. They have been very helpful and great to deal with.
Stay positive. ????
