UPDATE – on 25 October, CasheEuroNet which owns ate QuickQuid, Pounds To Pocket and On Stride brands went into administration.
See QuickQuid goes into administration – what will happen for details. That article will be updated with any more news.
This article will not be kept up to date.
QuickQuid (QQ) and its smaller brand Pounds To Pocket (P2P), which in February 2019 rebranded as On Stride, have been getting large numbers of affordability complaints from customers asking for refunds of interest.
You may be able to get a refund if you had loans from QQ, P2P or On Stride you couldn’t repay without borrowing again. You can get refunds for all type of loans, including instalment and flexi loans.
Summary – QuickQuid complaints
QuickQuid is now the most complained about banking and credit firm in Britain (ignoring PPI), according to Finanical Ombudsman statistics.
At the end of 2018, there were about 9,000 complaints against QQ and PTP with the Ombudsman. Many had been there for two years as QQ had been refusing to give refunds on loans over 6 years old or for loans given after 2015.
In 2019 the Ombudsman started upholding large numbers of these cases. QQ then rejected many of these decisions.
But in August 2019 QQ agreed to pay thousands of outstanding Ombudsman decisions within the next 6 weeks. These are being referred to as “the spreadsheet complaints” as many customers were told by FOS they “were on the spreadsheet“.
How to start a complaint (this no longer applies now QQ is in administration)
The main Payday loan refund article has the template letters to use for making these complaints.
If you had loans from both QuickQuid and Pounds to Pocket, you only need to make one complaint, covering both sets of loans.
If you rolled a loan repeatedly or repaid the loan and soon after took out another one, this suggests the loan was not affordable.
One loan complaints can be hard to win, but if your loan was large, as some of the loans from On Stride are, read Getting a refund for a large bad credit loan which has better template letters for your situation.
A list of your loans is usually enclosed with the response to your complaint.
Has your data been deleted?
This is a new problem. In mid-April 2019, QuickQuid seems to have deleted information about some loans over seven years old from their records. See Why is QuickQuid going to delete old customer data?
This won’t be a problem for you if you have the details of your loans, from your email records or from your bank statements. Here tell QuickQuid you can supply them with a list of your loans so they can consider your case. If they refuse to do this, send it straight to the Financial Ombudsman.
If you don’t have all your records, ask QuickQuid if that is their final response and then send the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. You can complain not just that you were given unaffordable loans but that QuickQuid has not treated you fairly by deleting your loan data when it should have known from other customers complaints that you may have a good affordability complaint. Ask for compensation for this.
You may feel that without evidence your case is very weak. But you have an excellent case that QQ has treated you unfairly!
If you have closed your bank account, it can still be possible to get old statements but there may be a limit on how far back you can go. So try to do this as soon as possible – don’t wait for several months until the Financial Ombudsman asks you for them as that may mean there are another few months you can’t get.
QuickQuid’s standard response was designed to put you off
QQ uses a template letter to reply to you.
When you read what they have written, you may feel depressed and that you don’t have a good case. That is what QQ want you to believe! But in many cases the checks QQ did were far from adequate and the wording in their replies may mislead you.
Here are some bits from one recent QQ response (in italics) together with my comments on them.
We have assessed loans funded before FCA regulations were implemented using the “other credit commitment” (OCC) value taken from your credit report at the time of funding and used a reliable average for all remaining expenses.
From some published Ombudsman decisions, it seems that QQ hasn’t kept the details of many credit checks it did for loans before 2014, see this decision for example. You won’t win your case just because QQ can’t produce this information, but if you kept borrowing or rolling loans for months then you shouldn’t worry that QQ has some brilliant way of showing they did great checks.
In assessing loans funded after FCA regulations were implemented, we used validated expenses figures. We arrived at those figures by validating your declared expenses for various categories from your loan application against credit reference agency and Office of National Statistics data.
Here QQ usually has kept more records. But they were validating your expenses against some national averages. that may have been fine for the first few loans, but if you kept borrowing, QQ should have wondered if your real expenses were larger than their estimates. So they should have done extra checks on your later loans, not just kept repeating the same checks.
In assessing whether your loan(s) were affordable, we evaluated whether your total repayment across the loan term was sufficiently less than your total estimated disposable income across the loan term, after taking into account your expenses.
They were estimating your income and your expenses, without verifying them.
Also did you have had one of QQ’s “three month loans” where they only charged the interest for the first two months then the whole of the capital repayment plus another months interest in the third month? If you did, QQ assumed you would save up money in the first and second months. But the Ombudsman often doesn’t think this is fair, for example, here is one Ombudsman decision.
We further assessed affordability by viewing your account history for hardship. If we concluded that any of your prior loans were in hardship status, we evaluated whether any subsequent loans were issued without an adequate gap in time in between.
But QQ doesn’t seem to take account of whether you had to roll a loan, ask for a top-up or ask for extra time to repay a loan, even though that is also evidence that you were struggling.
we closely reviewed whether you took out multiple loans in short succession and whether there were negative changes in your individual circumstances such as a decrease in income and/or an increase in “other credit commitments” between said loans. We further analysed dependency by examining whether you had any loan(s) with numerous extensions or rollovers and if so, whether any subsequent loan was funded in close proximity thereafter.
QQ says they “closely review” these, but often they just seem to reject a case even if often you had to roll a loan or borrow again soon after repaying one.
You may feel this letter doesn’t actually reflect your situation at all – and you are probably right! QQ doesn’t explain why they have refused to refund some loans, or why they picked the ones they did.
For several years QQ didn’t add 8% statutory interest to goodwill refunds it offered. But inAugust 2018 sent an unexpected additional refund to some customers who had been affected by this.
QuickQuid cases at the Ombudsman (you can no longer send a QQ case to the ombudsman)
The Ombudsman service is easy to use but has been slow for QQ complaints, but in summer 2019 that seems to be improving as a large number of cases have been decided.
Three things not to worry about:
- you won’t “lose” an offer from QQ if you go to the Financial Ombudsman. So far as I am aware, in every case where someone was offered an amount by QQ the Ombudsman has increased the amount.
- the Ombudsman won’t reject your case because you had a large income or your partner kept bailing you out etc. Lots of people have won these cases. If you kept borrowing then QQ should have realised you were dependent on the loans and stopped lending.
- cases where there was a lot of repeat borrowing and gambling are getting good refunds.
How do they respond to the adjudicator’s decision?
The Adjudicator is the name for the first stage of an Ombudsman complaint. Only 10% of cases have to go to the second stage is when it is looked at by an Ombudsman.
QQ accept have been accepting some adjudicator decisions. But sometimes they offer a lower amount, in which case you have to decide if it’s worth taking that or asking for the case to go to the Ombudsman.
In June one person has just reported being offered c £8,000 by QuickQuid when the adjudicator’s decisions would have been about £9,500 – he decided that was a good enough offer to accept.
Rejecting too many adjudicator decisions
But QQ has been rejecting far too many adjudicator decisions.
The ombudsman could take all these adjudicator decisions through to the second “Ombudsman-level” where a decision is legally binding and QQ have to payout. But that would take a lot of Ombudsman resource to get thousands of cases through at that level. It shouldn’t be needed. the Ombudsman-level is intended for the few difficult cases, not for run-of-the-mill standard decisions.
Both the Ombudsman and QQ’s regulator, the FCA, have been pointing out that the FCA’s rules say a lender has to learn from ombudsman decisions and apply them.
This is why in August QuickQuid agreed to accept several thousand adjudicator decision it had previously rejected.
QQ started to send emails with the refund amounts and asking for people’s bank account details in September.
Good news that QQ is paying out on some FOS decisions but…
I’m very pleased QQ agreed to pay out on these decisions. Not just for those customers getting their refund at long last, but because by removing a large number of complaints from the queue for an ombudsman, I hope a lot of other FOS complaints will move forward faster.
QQ’s American parent, Enova, released its second-quarter earnings figures last month. Overall they were fine, but there were some comments in the Earnings Conference Call about Enova needing to reach a satisfactory resolution with the FCA and FOS about complaints. It’s not clear what they mean by this.
Enova’s third-quarter figures contained the announcement that they would be closing their UK business due to “regulatory uncertainty”.

QuickQuid goes into administration – what will happen
Simon says
Hi all,
Just to let you know I have been paid today at 5pm by QQ, it’s a little short of what I calculated but I may have missed calculated so will double check it all tomorrow. I’m on day 23 since accepting the offer and confirming the bank details but I was a full ombudsman ruling. I sent them a couple of emails and a phone call reminding them they only had 28 days before I would take action to recover my money so may have pushed them along.
Simon
T_ea says
Hi Simon
Glad it’s over with for you. Did you get any emails before payment was sent? Also what date did you confirm bank details.
Jo says
Hi simon how long did it take the ombudsman to pick up your case after being past by the adjudicator
simon says
Hi T_ea,
Yes I got emails just before saying it was being processed and about 20 mins later the money dropped into my account, I then got a final email with the break down for the whole lot but not each individual payment.
Jo, it took around a month after being put in the queue for the ombudsman but that was after 2.5 years of waiting.
Hope you all get yours soon!
Simon
John says
Hi Guys,
But of advise please, my adjudicator ruled I was owed 2000 from quick quid which they agreed. They asked me if my bank details are still same and they would pay within 28 days. This was 10 days ago which I thought was fine as they would probs pay on 28th day.
However I looked at their trust pilot and apparently loads of people havent been paid what’s owed to them for months..and they keep ignoring fos…I thought they had started to pay people but now concerned they are about to go under?
Gemma says
Hi Sara, Do you think Quick Quid/On Stride are in financial difficulty?
Jeffi says
This is what I think. They are fobbing me off every eeek and now the phone line has gone down?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Their parent company, Enova, certainly isn’t in financial difficulty.
It is possible for a foreign parent to decide to abandon a UK subsidiary. And the conference call after Enova’s last set of quarterly results in July made muttering noises. But if they were planning on doing that, why would they have agreed to the thousands of spreadhseet cases in August, most of whom have been paid. This will have cost millions.
Enova may fancy the idea of being able to carry on with Onstride – nicely profitable! – and ditch its old QQ liabilities, or cap them in a Scheme of Arrangement. But it’s very hard to imagine how the FCA, their regulator, would ever agree to that. Wageday Advance tried to do that and failed.
James says
Complained to QQ in June, terrible offer, went to FOS 28.08.19 and received an email from FOS 13.10.19 asking for statements etc , was shocked as expected this to take much longer as also I worried about the parent company somehow ditching QQ liabilities, so this gives me some hope. Terrible offer of £3k over loans covering 8 years, 85 loans in total, a vast majority b2b loans. So here’s hoping.
Mr and Mrs C says
Morning all,
We spoke to QQ last night to confirm the bank details (very nice American gentleman with a lovely voice :) ) Confirmed the details over the phone and then they sent us two emails about fraud and money laundering – which oddly disappeared later on in the night… He told us to allow the 28 days, although lots of people would get them before hand. Aware this could all be bluffing and that we are probably still in for a long wait.
Carl S says
So after missing my first adjudicator deadline and being given until today they have responded on the 15th and agree with my adjudicator and are currently working out my offer for the ombudsman to ask me to accept. I was genuinely expecting to be waiting months.
Rel says
Hi Carl, exactly the same situation as me… apparently they will get in touch with my directly to give me offer, which should be in line with the Adjudicatirs findings. I reckon it’ll be a week or two wait for their email…. then a week or two to confirm bank details, then the 28 day period before the refund. Very deliberately elongated!
Carl S says
I know, everything just seems to have taken longer than I should have, just annoying that they declined my complaint and the first decision made by an adjudicator they just agree, could have been resolved over 12 months ago if they had just upheld it themselves.
E says
Same here – although I had my offer in the email from the adjudicator that stated QQ finally ageeed with their decision. So I’ve now sent my acceptance off with bank details. Been a long wait but the end is now in sight :-)
Stacey says
After qq rejected adjudicators findings in August, placed in a queue waiting for ombudsman. Got the letter says it will be a long wait 1st October. Looks like next year before in movement up the ombudsman queue
Myles says
I’m in the same boat, although mine was rejected back in May by QQ. I was told on Monday that the case was actually assigned to an ombudsman but the person I spoke to didn’t seem to be sure so I asked my adjudicator directly and he said it was still in the queue.
Craig says
Success! Just got my refund paid a few minutes ago! Day 31. Came in 14 separate transactions! Also £13 more than the original settlement figure, as they have delayed payment. Keep holding on folks as the money will land eventually! Almost £3k that I never thought I’d see again. Thanks a lot to this website and all the contributors.
k says
Brill news – do you mind me asking if you were on the spreadsheet or not? Mines an adjudicators decision and I’m on my 34th day now…glad to see payments are being made gives me hope :-)
Emma says
Hello I’ve just come off the phone again to quick quid, telling me that they have escalated this matter to the financial team, as apparently my back rejected the refund ( which is rubbish as I have spoke to my bank) I am really losing the will to love with this, it’s so stressful as I am owed £6,500 which the final decision was made via the adjudicator- someone please tell me how do I get my refund, as I am emailing every day and ringing and I’m now on day 46 :(
k says
Also, did you get emails confirming your refund was processed? Thanks
Craig says
Hi there. Yes, I got 15 emails in total! 1 from Enova saying it was processed and 14 auto emails for each bank transaction from Quick Quid. Don’t think I was a spreadsheet person. Originally complained in July 2018, rejected by QQ, and went to FOS in August 2018. So it was a long road, but well worth it!
Lauren says
Hi Craig, exactly the same situation as me and I have also been paid out today 😁 happy days!
Mike says
Long time reader first time commenter here. My 28 days is up today and I spoke to QQ yesterday to offer a gentle reminder about this and was told that it would be escalated to the correct department and to keep an eye on my e-mails.
So far nothing but I guess that it’s not technically late until tomorrow. I’m also waiting on a payment from Lending Stream which is also due today but they have guaranteed that would be sent by tomorrow evening (weirdly the 29th day out of 28).
Both of these claims were done through separate claims companies so they too are now getting a bit twitchy asking me if I have been paid etc. as they want their cut (understandably so).
Sarah H says
Hi does anyone know what email address is best for cashnurnet. They emailed asking for bank details last week but never replied when I sent them. The Ombudsman said to wait till today before I chase them up. Thanks Sarah H
Lauren says
They didn’t reply to me either when I sent them, or when I asked them to respond and confirm they had received them, that was last week and they paid me today
Sarah H says
Oh wow bet you are relieved. Ill keep my fingers crossed the same happens for me. Thanks Sarah H
M says
Day 40. Just called them again and yet again they provide no information and say you can only email the claims department. Have done so several times already and get no response.
To those being told they have escalated your account, this means nothing and is just yet another delay tactic.
Seriously can’t get my head around why some are paid early and others waiting weeks passed the 28 days!!!
Daniel says
In the same boat. Email Foscomplaints@enova.com daily and no replies. I’m on day 61 and nothing! When I call I get fobbed off with the ‘it’s been escalated, but they are dealing with a high volume and you’ll get your money as soon as possible’.
Becoming a real joke now and something needs to be done about this 28 day rubbish.
Cant understand why they are holding back on refunding when they have agreed with the Ombudsman decision. Probably waiting to go into liquidation so they don’t have to pay.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Day 61?
Have you emailed the FCA? they won’t look at your case, but this may kick Enova into pulling their fingers out…
The email should go to consumer.queries@fca.org.uk.
Also cc: it to ndrew@enova.com (Nick Drew, the CEO) and cmurray2@enova.com and every other QQ and Enova email address you have.
Use “CashEuroNet UK LLC 673738 haven’t paid me 61 days after a refund amount has been confimred” as the email subject line.
In the email say when you got the adjudicator decision, what it was (which loans to refund), what QQ did, then when you heard they were changing their mind and when you the amount confirms.
Then add a few sentences about how you have been given the run around since then for 2 months.
Say you feel that the FCA should not be authorising a firm that displays such contempt for its customers.
Fiona says
I just followed those instructions sent to emails last night got a message back immediately I would be paid today & I have with 22 emails confirming full amount £7700 I’m day 38 it’s been a long 2 years thanks for all your help
Sarah H says
I’ve just emailed and followed those instructions. Fingers crossed ill be paid soon x Sarah H
Katie says
Hey guys – I accepted the offer/provided bank details on 09.09.19 and have been waiting for the refund for what feels like ages.. I contacted the fos and they said to ring this dedicated number 0800 056 1515 -which I rang yesterday and the guy was very apologetic and said that he would escalate and raise a ticket with management.. I haven’t received my refund yet, so rang today to see if they have any update and the guy on the phone said he can see from the notes on the account the refund was processed yesterday and I should receive it within 48 hours- I’ll let you all know if I do get it. It might be worth when ringing asking them if they can escalate and raise a ticket? As at least the notes have been updated on my account (it might not mean anything.. but you never know)
M says
All lies. There will of been nothing on your notes, they just tell you anything as they know when you call back it will be a different agent answering the phone. For those ready paid they revieved their money within an hour of being notified.
Katie says
Eughhhh yeah you were right.. I just rang to check, and the lady said no funds have been processed and we know lots of people are waiting and all we can do is escalate the matter.. I really think that they should get fined for doing stuff like this.. why say 28days if you can’t fullfill that, seems dodgey to me
Emma says
Hi Sara
Today was day 46 for me and I have emailed everyone that you have mentioned also include resolution@quickquid.co.uk as these guys always reply as these are the ones working alongside the finance team…. Anyway I am thrilled to say that I got my refund £6,677.57 a little more than what was originally offered but my god the stress and tears that this company has caused me so I literally can’t describe how I’m feeling right now keep pushing guys like most of us who have our funds they are paying out email everyone one like Sara says xx
Sara (Debt Camel) says
All over. It’s a shame you are probably feeling wrung-out rather than just happy, but in a few days this will all seem just a lot of hassle in the past.
Charlotte says
Hi I was hoping you could help me, I’ve just recently complained to the financial ombudsmen about QQ and my case has been declined by the adjudicator because I put a complaint in back in the 2017 to QQ and basically because I didn’t pass the case on to the financal ombudsmen in the 6 month period they won’t take my case further, unfortunately due to my mental state and personal matters around that time I didn’t feel well enough to carry it on and left it. So anyway I thought I’d try again and explained to them why I didn’t take it further to which they still replied with the same answer as they believed the 6 month period was plenty of time which I’m absolutely livid with because if they had a any understanding of depression and how bad it can get then they should take it in consideration as it’s a illness, I have all the evidence of past loans I had and other documents to back me up as I ended up in debt but basically they think that’s not a good enough reason. Do you think I should just leave it or try and go further with it.
Thanx
Sara (Debt Camel) says
The problem is that “depression” spans a huge range from people who are on medication that works for them who can manage pretty well through to people who are barely able to leave their room, wash and eat, let alone send a case to the Ombudsman. If your doctor or a clinical specialist could write a letter saying they don’t think you would have been able to manage to read through QQ’s rejection and realise you should send the case to FOS, that could help.
Teresa says
I only realised when received emails ref a Wonga loan that I could claim any money back from my Pay Day Loans. Had numerous successive loans with QQ over 2010 to 2014. Have now claimed with QQ and on week 6 waiting to hear if they will make an offer. Has anyone had any success making claims this late on and over the 6 years ?
E says
I first complained to QQ back in May 2018. They took the full 8 weeks to come back to me not upholding my complaint due to all my loans being over 6 years so I referred it to the FOS. An adjudicator there didn’t pick my case up until September 2019 upholding my complaint – QQ have finally this week agreed with their findings and I’m due £6000 back. Good luck with yours – you may be in for a long wait but it’ll be worth it in the end xx
Arron says
How long was it with the adjudicator for?
E says
I have no idea. To be honest I’d forgotten I’d complained so was shocked when I had an email from an adjudicator saying they were upholding my complaint a year after contacting them – that’s the first contact I had from them.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
There are hundreds of thousands of QQ customers who haven’t realised they can ask for a refund.
QQ used to refuse to payout on loans over 6 years. It has stopped this blanket refusal this summer. As a result there is now a better chance of you getting a reasonable offer from them and cases should be faster to go through the Ombudsman if you don’t get a good offer.
good luck!
Jane says
That’s good to hear Sara
I put a claim in to QuickQuid on 26/09, I wasn’t going to bother due to the fact it was over 6 years since I’d taken out the loans but I received an email from Myjar out of the blue telling me that a claim I put in last August 2018 which was refused due to time barred loans had now been upheld as the FOS were now saying these loans should be considered, I excepted the offer and 2 weeks later £791 was paid into my account.
So I’m hoping I get a positive response from QQ as I’m probably looking at approx £3500……Fingers crossed!
Teresa says
That’s great to hear. Will keep my fingers crossed.
Lauren says
Yes, my QQ loans date back to 2011 and these older ones are the ones that have been redressed. First complained to the. In July 2018, they disagreed, forwarded to the Ombudsman in October 2018. The Ombudsman agreed they had lent money inappropriately in July 2019, by September they had disagreed, it was going to adjudication and then they changed their mind. Within 6 weeks of them changing their minds they had paid out
Sarah H says
Hi Sarah and everyone, my Ombudsman has emailed me to say whe expects cashnurnet to pay out my redress by 23rd October. So I’ll wait with my fingers crossed that they are right. Thanks Sarah H
Mr and Mrs C says
HI Sarah H
What day are you on from accepting the offer?
We are on day 36 from accepting the offer, QQ waited till day 32 before emailing and asking us to confirm bank details, and now say we have to wait another 28 day from confirming bank details!
Sarah H says
Hi I first complained to the Ombudsman November 2018 and finally got asigned an adjudicator June 2019 cashnurnet upheld my complaint 9th August and offered an amount. The adjudicator disagreed and give a further week for them to come back with another offer. They give another amount 2nd September and give them 28 days from then to confirm bank details and pay up. They emailed 24th September asking for my bank details and the Ombudsman has said the they should pay by the 23rd October. X so we will see as i asked will i have to wait a further 28 days after bank details confirmed and he said that they should pay by 23rd of October. Thanks Sarah H
Myles says
Should the adjudicator be able to tell me why QQ rejected their decision? I just feel like I”m stuck in an endless cycle of waiting and I know there are others in the same boat but I think if it’s rejected, I should be able to find out why. My adjudicator and the FOS have never been able to answer when I’ve asked.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
have they not answered or said that QQ hasn’t provided a reason?
Myles says
They said that they haven’t provided a reason, only that they disagreed.
Jane says
Hi Sara,
I’m aware that payday loan companies have to now consider loans over 6 years old.
I’ve put in a claim to QQ on 26/09/19 for 15 consecutive loans ranging from £250 to £1300 dated from 2010 to 2012, is it likely that these will be upheld due to the new guidelines from FOS or from your experience are they still not upholding time barred loans?
Thank you
Jane
Sara (Debt Camel) says
I would expect them to offer a refund on some of them – I can’t guess how many!
Jane says
Thanks Sara,
I know when my husband claimed against another payday company which went to ombudsman he didn’t get compensated for the first 3 loans so I’m hoping it will be the same for me which will be 12!
Thanks for your reply and I will update when I hear anything (still got 5 weeks to wait)
Jane
Kirsty Ann says
Hi All,
Thank you all for the comments and advice in relation to QQ. Naively I thought it would be as easy as the other redress claims I have received (Sunny, Ferratum, Piggy Bank & 118) but QQ are testing my patience.
After declining the first recommendation from the FOS they decided to accept and settle for £2000, this was accepted on 12/09, I received an email from CashEuro Net advising my bank details were verified and I would receive the redress in order of priority and within 28 days on the 17/09.
By all means I know I have not been waiting as long as some people who have been waiting, but it is still over the 28 day timeframe, I have rang and emailed every day since the 28 day to be ignored and told they are sorry but have no update.
This morning from all the advice of you guys I have emailed the FCA/CEO email addresses, I shall wait in anticipation to see if this helps anything at all.
Seeing that some people are receiving their money fills me with hope as at the minute I am worried they will go the same way as Wonga and Wageday and I will end up with a small fraction of my entitlement.
Currently I have everything crossed.
Kirsty
Turtle says
Keep chasing, you’ll be alright.
Tom says
First time writer on here but keep reading the comments daily. Day 29 for me. Just got off the phone after been on hold for 20 minutes for them to say it might be paid next week but they aren’t sure. I am not confident of receiving this money at all now.
Ste says
Well I thought today was going to be the day for us remaining Spreadsheeters. Confirmed bank details 16/09 and 28 days were up on Monday. Watching this thread it appeared that they were paying Spreedsheeters on a Friday but just transferring the funds without emailing first. It looked like the ones who provided bank details around the 08/09 were paid last Friday so can’t understand why no payments this week! When you call they just don’t want to know and can’t give you a date.
Deborah says
I accepted on the 9th spreadsheeter and confirming bank details and still have nothing. I have called emailed no response to anything. It’s beyond a joke now slowly losing the will. I’m at a point now where I’m just gonna leave it and hope for best that one day it will go in as it’s making me Ill keep look g and checking for emails ringing emailing them and being completely ignored
Chantal Smith says
I am having major issues with Quick Quid/ Pounds to Pocket known as Cash Euronet. Nearly 2 years on from raising it to the Ombudsman it is still on going. Initially they rejected the Ombudsmans recommendation and offered me a lesser settlement which of course I rejected, they then finally decided to make an offer as per the Ombudsmans assessment. However they had an old email address for me and sent my offer to an email account that I didn’t have access to. 5 calls later and a few emails to them, I finally received the offer through. However I’m now rejecting this again because they are trying to use funds from the settlement to clear the loan balances. The loans were part of an IVA which was agreed over 6 years ago and was settled earlier this year and as part of that arrangement my loans to Quick Quid and Pounds to Pocket were included. Once the arrangement is completed they would have received their final payment and the rest should have been written off and the loans closed. So there should not be any outstanding balances for any of my loans with them now. It’s very difficult to communicate with them as they never seem to understand you and sort anything out. It seems to be all delaying tactics and keeping my money for longer and longer. All other lenders have settled and paid out. Has any one else had issues with claims for Quick Quid or Pounds to Pocket or is it just me?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
lots of people have had delays in payouts.
But you have a real problem there with them wanting to use a refund against debts that went into an IVA. I am not sure you are going to win this one. The Ombudsman may agree with QQ. With PPI refunds, firms were normally allowed to “offset” a PPI refund against a written off debt.
Chantal Smith says
Oh right I see. OK. I thought once the IVA was completed and settled the rest of the debt was written off as per the terms of the IVA? I also do not understand their offer they finally sent me through.

Total Outstanding Balance After Redress
£1477.59.
Do you understand it?
Also I’ve noticed that a lot of people have been fobbed off by them. I’ve been told my account has been escalated. I was told a refund was processed last Saturday, still not had any money though. Now I’m asking them to review the offer, if they have made one, since my debts with them have all be settled now and there should be no outstanding balances left on my accounts.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Legally the rest of the debt has been written off.
But as I said, in very similar situations for PPI refunds, the Ombudsman normally decides that the firm can use the PPI refund to cover the written off amount. What would happen in a court case would be interesting, but FOS looks more generally at what is “fair” in this situation rather than what a court would decide. And FOS seems to take the view in PPI cases that you have already had your debt wiped in the IVA and you should not now get extra compensation (unless your PPI refund is larger than the debt written off, obviously).
Whether FOS will take the same view in QQ complaints I don’t know, I was just warning you that you may find this a hard argument to win.
BUT how large a refund were you expecting? Those figures suggest only £75, does that sound right?
K says
Anyone had any payouts this evening? Day 35 for me now :-/
Ross says
Nothing. Day 46 for me.
Lynn m says
Day 43 for me . received email at 8.18pm tonight saying my refund had been sent to my account by faster payment and the rest of it I would get in 7-21 days . £2750 recieved into my account and still £290 to get . Thank god it’s over . Accepted on the 5th September
Ryan says
Complained December 18, no response at all, I have a cmc working on my behalf, they took a rediculous amount of time to get all the paper work sorted. The complaint was sent to a adjudicator may/June, they went in my favour 22 loans plus 22 additional borrowings. A responce from them 6th of June with a deadline of September 20th for qq, it’s now the 19th October and nothing. The adjudicator has said it’s better to wait now as it could be months for a ombudsman to deal with it. What do you think I should do?
Stephen says
Hi all
An update! So after waiting 9 weeks for QQ to respond to my FOS adjudicator I finally got an email from my adjudicator saying QQ have agreed with her findings. They’ve accepted her view and agreed to refund interest and charges paid on loans 4-12 plus 8% interest. My adjudicator says QQ will be in touch with a breakdown of the refund. Not yet received that and not sure how soon they send this.
I feel progress is finally being made although cautious as I know others have waited a long time to get their money. What I’m struggling with is trying to work out what I should be receiving. A breakdown of my loans from FOS has lots of deferrals and instalments so it;s very hard to work out what I did pay back. My bank statements don’t go back far enough to show me and all details have been wiped from QQ account. Can anyone help advise me how to decipher what the FOS have sent me? Thanks!
E says
Hi, the same happened to me this week. Yesterday the adjudicator emailed me to say they had forwarded the acceptance onto QQ and at 8pm last night I had an email from QQ asking me to confirm back details. I would add though that in QQ agreement with my adjudicator I actually had the redress breakdown. The end is on sight for us x
E says
Sorry should’ve added – if you log into your QQ account and then click on data requests you will be able to download all information of all loans and the amounts you’ve paid. I did this and worked it out on a spreadsheet – I got offered slightly more than I’d calculated.
Gemma says
Same here Stephen, i had an email on Thursday confirming they are upholding my complaint, however no figures yet. They told my adjudicator they would send direct to me, ill chase again next week and keep you posted.
Gemma
Stephen says
Thanks Gemma-
Fingers crossed this is the beginning of the end!
Chantal Smith says
I’ve just logged in to request data and it says request logged. How long did it take for you to receive your data?
E says
Took a few hours. You should receive an email when it’s ready x
Stephen says
Thanks E. that’s really helpful.
So I just logged into my account online and when I try and look at my account section it’s just saying you need to be logged in, which I already am!! This didn’t happen yesterday as I checked to see my old account info which wasn’t there. This is all very odd so not sure what to do as can’t access the data request page!
E says
This kept happening to me until I tried a different browser x
stephen says
I’ve tried google chrome and Safari and same thing. I cant access anything post login?! Grrrrr
E says
Have you tried a different device ? I’ve just checked on my phone and it’s coming up with the same as you however on iPad I can get in.
Stephen says
Hi E
Thanks managed to get in via different device – requested data so let’s hope it comes through soon!
Chantal Smith says
Mines still saying requested and its been 3 hours now.
E says
Don’t panic x It takes a few hours – think mine took around 6 hours last time I requested it.
Jane says
I rang them up and they emailed all my loans individually
Dan says
Day 63 for me today.
Rang them yesterday and once again been told its been escalated but they cant tell me anymore as it’s a different team. I asked if they had the right bank details as they had changed and I confirmed them via.email on August 23rd but apparently they didn’t so only updated yesterday and said it would be another 28 days even though I confirmed them over The phone on August 24th!!!
Emailed the CEO and every other email address I have now for last 3 days only to be ignored by them all including the FCA.
Joke of a.company who don’t care about any.previous customers!!!
Thinking about legal action
K says
It is so frustrating isn’t it…I’m on day 36 but that seems nothing compared to you! I’ve also emailed all emails and don’t get any response just an acknowledgement from fca saying they will respond in 2 working days. I personally think it’s down to who your case handler is now and mine mustn’t be bothered. Not sure what else we can do now
Kim
M says
Day 42. Also thinking about taking legal action now. Can’t see any other way. Going to speak to them Monday and tell them if I don’t get a response I’ll be putting a claim in.
Christine says
Well after what seems like a lifetime, and a million calls / emails, I am happy to be saying ” I have received my funds” accepted 14th sept and called that day to confirm bank details again … for anyone still waiting dont give up hope, I literally called and ended up crying on the phone (through frustration)… I received my funds 3 hours after that call!!
Chantal Smith says
Oh I’m pleased for you. I’m worried now they haven’t calculated mine correctly as someone said I was only due 75 quid. I paid more than that to them, but I think I thought they were refunding me 1477 and I accepted the offer based on that figure so not sure where I stand now. It might all have gone Pete Tong for me on this one :-( but all my other claims were successful and I got decent amounts from 300 to 1500, so if I get naff all from this one then so be it I guess, whether it’s right or wrong.
Martin says
My adjudicator deadline date to QQ was 18th September and I am yet to receive a response from QQ. I have chased the adjudicator and he confirmed no response.
How long am I likely to wait to have QQ agree or disagree with the adjudicators findings?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
It’s pretty likely they will agree in the end. A frustrating time.
Chantal Smith says
My adjudicator wrote to Quick Quid in April and I didn’t hear anything until June and they rejected it and so I reffered it to the Ombudsman for a final decision. In the meantime while that decision was waiting, QQ decided to accept their findings and issued me an offer in September, but there were issues with that in that it went to an old email address and I didn’t receive it and started chasing them for it in October with numerous phone calls as people didn’t know what they were doing there and telling me something different each time. I finally got it through but it now doesn’t look right so I’ve sent it to the Ombudsman to look at and confirm. Yet again I’ve heard nothing and it’s been over a week. So I’ll be calling them tomorrow for an update. Then I’ve probably got to wait again numerous weeks if it’s wrong. Such a frustrating company to deal with for a complaint and they seem to make it so hard, difficult and complicated un-necessarily. Good luck with your case though and you need to pesevere with them and be proactive if you can.
John says
Yours is a interesting case Chantelle hut I believe your wasting your time.
As even though your iva has ended, any redress you are owed would be used to pay off this debt…now ud you had finished / puts you having paid more then you owed to QQ then you have a case for the remainder.
I refer you to the ppi insurance cases after there iva had finished. They never saw the money.
Chantal Smith says
I have managed to print off all the details for the 4 loans I had. The Ombudsman said they should refund interest on loans 3 and 4 so I’m going to call the Ombudsman tomorrow to discuss it as I paid interest on loans 3 and 4 of over 1k. Loan 3 was obviously settled then loan 4 is the one that went in to an IVA so I’ll get a more idea from the Ombudsman about it tomorrow. All other companies have refunded me, despite the loan being outstanding at the time I received a refund but like I said the debt is all now written off so technically they shouldn’t be keeping all the redress as no other companies did.
Meg says
Furious at this situation. Never get response from email when I ring they say wait. Offer and bank details confirmed on 16th September and today they told me bank details weren’t confirmed by them till 15th October so a month after I submitted! Useless
Mr and Mrs C says
Meg we are in the same boat, accepted on 12th September, I emailed them 3 times to see if they needed our bank details, after 30 days they emailed us to confirm bank details and now we have to wait another 28 days. I am livid!
Meg says
I rang back and said it’s not good enough and she said she will escalate my case to the relevant department. A lie to get me off the phone I’m sure
Mr and Mrs C says
Can I ask what number you rang, I think we need to start ringing them again – no one is answering the emails
Meg says
08000651515. That’s just their main number. I’ve rang 4-5 times and they all just say the same crap clearly reading from a script so you have to be quite firm with them. They told me hundreds of people are also waiting which I understand but it’s not good enough
Chris says
Rang FOS today for an update. QQ rejected Adjudicator’s decision on grounds that loans were over 6 years. Very frustrating that this still seems to be a reason for delay – has been with FOS specialist team for over 3 months now. Over all, this has taken 18 months so far.
Jacob says
Hi Chris,
I would push the FOS on this as I was in the same position as yourself. Even though QQ now accept people can complain for loans over 6 years they used an argument that based on my profession I should have known I could have complained and therefore they didn’t believe I could still complain over 6 year loans. I objected to this as it was complete rubbish telling the FOS what my job entailed. I was told it had been sent to a ‘specialist department’ too but after ringing up for an update and explaining that I had emailed in providing details of my job role the lady on the phone spoke to her manager and advised that it could now be passed to an ombudsman to make a decision. (basically the manager read my email as I was on hold and agreed it could be passed to the ombudsman queue). Initially the FOS were not open to telling me why the business still objected to my complaint on loans over 6+ years but I requested to speak to a manager who explained it was down to my job profession. I am not aware of any other reason why QQ would be objecting the 6+ year loans other than this reason so might be worth speaking to the FOS regarding this.
Myles says
Hi Jacob,
Do you mind if I ask how long your complain has been in the queue for?
Jacob says
Hi Myles,
Complaint originally made july 2017. Put in the queue for an ombudsman mid july 2019. Still waiting for it to be picked up.
Myles says
Thanks Jacob. Mine’s also in the queue, hopefully we’ll hear back soon! Good luck Jacob and hope you get sorted!
Sara (Debt Camel) says
yes they have been objecting to a few people based on their job title. If your job had nothing whatsoever to do with making credit decisions or customer service for loans, credit cards etc, point this out to FOS.
Chris says
The reason being given by QQ in my case is that I was in a DMP. They are saying the DMP company should have advised me that I could claim. It is such a ridiculous argument. Essentially, QQ have agreed to look at loans over 6 years in other cases. Had I got the advice about complaining at exactly the time they say I should have done, they would still have to pay the redress on the loans which the Adjudicator has said they must repay. So, as I see it, this is an argument about paying the additional 8% interest on top. I would be perfectly happy to accept the redress of interest and forego the 8% tbh.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
They are saying the DMP company should have advised me that I could claim. It is such a ridiculous argument.
The Ombudsman isn’t impressed by this argument either.
“So, as I see it, this is an argument about paying the additional 8% interest on top.”
I doubt it. They don’t want to pay you anything for the loans over 6 years.
Tom says
Hi
Just wondering if anybody has received payment today? Accepted on 16th September but nothing as of yet
Thanks
Meg says
Same date. No refund. Rang today and they said bank details weren’t confirmed till 15th October so that’s when 28 days started. Accepted offer and gave bank details on 16th sept
K says
I’m still waiting…accepted on 13th September…it’s a joke!
M says
Accepted 08/09. Called again today to be told for the 10th time that my case has been escalated. That’s it.
Emailed the FOS and CEOs last week. Got an email back today from FOS saying that they have passed info on to those who monitor CashEuroNets business conduct. Hopefully they have recieved several other complaints and something might get done about this absolute joke of a company.
K says
I also sent all emails to CEOs and FCA but not had a response from anyone other than an acknowledgement from FCA. I’ve also rang financial ombudsman today and they have said they will also chase but they will prob ignore that too!! I’m gonna ring again later if I’ve not had a call back…I’ll keep posted if I get anywhere
Tom says
I rang again and got told because I have rang already today there is nothing they can do. She said maybe just call back tomorrow. Safe to say I will be calling again today and will continue to do. Joke how they can just get away with it!!
K says
Anyone had their refund today?? I’m Spose be waiting for a manager to call me back but not holding my breath!
Meg says
I asked to speak to someone more important and got palmed off. Said they escalated my case my also think that’s lies. Did u just ring the main line and kick off? Lol
K says
Hi
I rang 0800 0163114…they say that toe every day that it’s been escalated but it was first escalated 10 days ago…I’m on day 38 now and it’s a joke…said I wanted speak to a manager they told me they were in a meeting and they get the manager to call me but doubt that will happen!! Don’t know why they can’t just issue the refunds

Day 42 for me. I emailed and phoned last week, but not sure it actually did anything to speed things along. In past half hour however I’ve just had over £12000 paid into my account, with 20 emails advising me of breakdown. Slightly more than agreed, so worth being a little late.
I am absolutely delighted. Charity donation will be made. Thanks Sara.
I’d suggest to others to be patient, they are definitely paying out.
Mr and Mrs C says
Day 42 from acceptance of offer or confirming bank details? They have already delayed us once by waiting 30 days from offer to email and confirm bank details. I hope its not 42 days from that
Maria says
I actually accepted and confirmed my details on 28/08, however QQ stated it was received by them on the 09/09 and I should be paid within 28 days of then…which I obviously wasn’t. I honestly didn’t think I’d get paid at all, but I have and I am obviously delighted. This site has been brilliant, however it has also added to my stress at times. I’d say, if you’ve had an email confirming your details have been received then don’t worry, your money will come.
K says
That’s brilliant news….happy for you!! It’s good to hear that payments are being made
Kim
Scott says
Day 38 today since accepting offer and confirming bank details. I had given up on the money to be honest. HOWEVER, recieved an email and the money within the last hour! Although it is difficult when there’s a money carrot dangling in front of you, stay patient troops and enjoy your money when you get it! All the best everyone!
E says
I think they may have learnt from their mistakes and no longer give time frames ! They received my acceptance from adjudicator Friday and a couple hours later I had email from them asking me to confirm bank details which I did Saturday. I’ve just received an email stating they have now confirmed bank details but there’s no mention of when monies will be paid :-)
Stew P says
I have received payment. Just under £4000. I first complained 2 years ago, was then put on the famous spreadsheet and waited nearly the full 6 weeks. I then have confirmation and waited the full 28days plus another 7 until today. I phoned them 3 times today to speak with a supervisor and eventually got to speak with one. Very helpful and seemed to have got it sorted. My view is they fill you with lies as they don’t have enough of the right people to get stuff done. I’m happy it’s over but at the same time sad at the effort put in. I can move forward and forget about my past. I hope you all get sorted soon. Keep calling only when it’s over the time they say as they will do something eventually.
Katie says
Hey guys- I wonder if anyone can help me.. I’ve just rang quick quid to be told that my bank details were only confirmed on the 10th October.. when I replied with my bank details 09th September.. I even rang in on the 16th to check that they had definitely been updated- and they had received my email.. the lady on the phone wasn’t interested and said that as I only confirmed my bank details on the 10th October – I’m still within the 28days? Where have they got 10th October from? Is there anything I can do or just wait another long 18days and see if I get the redress?
M says
Accepted decision from adjudicator 12 days ago, still have not received an e-mail from QQ to confirm bank details. Adjudicator advises to give them 4 weeks, not sure why people are getting confirmation e-mails within a shorter period. Think I’ll get the e-mail around the 4 week mark, then will probably go over the 28 days for payment like so many. The way QQ are it wouldn’t surprise me if they start using an excuse in December as having less staff in the office due to the holiday season. Be lucky to have this money by January. But I am glad people are getting paid, it makes me smile each time a read a positive comment.
E says
It could be who they are assigned to at Enova maybe x I wasn’t expecting an email until the end of the 4 weeks from them to confirm bank details so was pleasantly surprised when it appeared in my junk folder the same day. It did state in the email to reply only if my bank details were the same and that if I’d changed them I was to phone the office – might be worth giving them a call to confirm your details?
M says
Thanks E. I will give them a little longer but if still haven’t received an e-mail – I will give them a call.
John says
From what I have read it seems people that keep hasstleing them they actually makes process take longer.
Just do what I do, email them to confirm details then wait. If they dont pay 28 days after you confirm just go back to your adjudicator
M says
If they paid on time people wouldn’t have to hassle. Your adjudicator can’t do anything. See if your views are the same when your 44 days in like me.
Daniel says
From what I’m reading that’s completely the opposite.
Jannette HOYLE says
After only confirming my bank details last week and expecting to be waiting and waiting, I can happily announce that my money from QQ has been paid into my account overnight!
Chantal Smith says
Reading lots of different experiences on here. It seems like some people are not experiencing the long waiting times like others. That in itself to me proves they don’t really know what they are doing and are just getting by. All cases should be treated the same and all payouts should take the same amount of time. I don’t think its fair to give say Mr Bloggs his money before Mrs Bloggs for example if they have both done exactly the same process and confirmed their details at the same time. It seems like it’s one rule for one person and another rule for another person.
K says
That’s exactly how I feel…I’m on day 39 now and given up hope…speak to them daily and get no where…none of it makes any sense. However, I do like to hear when people get their refund as at least you know they are paying out! Fingers crossed more get them today
Kim
Chantal Smith says
It’s day 15 for me today and I’m still waiting, however I also now don’t believe they have refunded the correct amount based on the fos recommendation, so I’m now querying it anyway and I dare say I’ll be waiting many more months. Two years ago today I took my claim to the ombudsman as Quick Quid and Pounds to pocket rejected it. What a long wait it has been but at least there is some progress now, even if it maybe wrong.
M says
ANNNND FINALLY. After 45 long days it’s in my account. No email notification and one single deposit.
All I can say is hassle them as much as you can, they deserve everything they get. Thank god its finally over and I never have to deal with them again.
Good luck to all those waiting and enjoy when the funds finally land.
Katie says
Woo, I’m exactly the same! Glad it’s all over!!
Chantal Smith says
It’s nice to read people are receiving their money finally.
k says
Well I am pleased to say my money has also gone in, wasn’t there first thing but is now – no emails confirming and made in one single transaction. Its finally over…39 days after accepting and confirming settlement. Hang there guys you will eventually receive it, good luck everyone
E says
Mine too – I only accepted on Friday!
Turtle says
Mine also in this morning. Accepteded offer via FOS on 3rd Oct.
Ste says
Any of you guys who received your money this morning on the Spreadsheet?
K says
Hi, no not on spreadsheet I accepted via adjudicator on 13th September
Kim
E says
Not on spreadsheet- accepted offer via adjudicator 4 days ago x
Jannette Hoyle says
Im not, the first I heard was an email last week asking for bank details.
Kristy says
Mine too. Only excepted 7 days ago so very happy surprise this morning. Also spread sheet.
Kirsty says
Hi Guys,
Been chasing since my last post on here, now on day 40 – no correspondence from them, useless when I call up.
I emailed the FCA as advised in this thread and I have received an acknowledgement today advising they:
“I’ve registered your concerns on our systems and these will be made available for the supervisory team which is responsible for monitoring the conduct of CashEuroNet UK LLC. The information you’ve provided me with is helpful in letting us build a picture of whether the firm’s meeting our standards and complying with our rules and regulations.”
I don’t know if this will push anything on, I am at my wits end, sick of pestering the FOS adjudicator and I am sure they are sick of me too.
Makes me feel happy with the amount of people saying they have been paid today – gives me a glimmer of hope but more frustrated that I am still waiting.
Just got to keep going guys and hope something gives soon.
:)
Fred says
I’ve have a complaint in with the FOS for Poundstopocket.
It’s been going on a good few months now I think I submitted a complaint in May. From all the comments I can see that there are delays.
Is there an estimate for the delays at the FOS? as I’ve had another complaint I raised at the same time with a different company all done and dusted and when they looked into it for me they said it hadn’t been assigned to anyone yet.
I tried to email the FOS with some addiitonal information but it says there inbox is full.
Mr and Mrs C says
Has anyone tried using the Online Dispute Resolution Platform on QQ website to chase them up?
Dan says
After emailing and emailing threatening legal action my money finally landed in my account overnight. No supporting email but finally happy to say its over.
Keep chasing people.
Meg says
Rang again today and asked to speak to a manager – there wasn’t one available surprisingly. She told me to wait till Friday – day 40.
She said it was escalated on the 15th yet yesterday she said only my bank details were accepted on 15th so no idea what’s going on

Really chuffed to see people getting their pay-outs!!!
Only wish QQ would respond to the adjudicators decision back in August (which was in my favour).
It’s driving me mad….being in this state of limbo!
Now coming up to 2 months since QQ should have replied and nothing…..
Like others, I want to reduce some of my overall debt and work towards a happy state but it doesn’t appear to be in sight…yet!
Any wisdom, any one?
Phil says
My case is exactly the same, they had until 28th August to respond to the recommendation.
I asked my adjudicator for an update today and he said he was giving them until October 25th to respond and if no reply he will forward it for an ombudsman decision.
At least that is something.
Jo says
Feeling really disheartened!!i originally complained to QQ in aug 18, forwarded to FOS oct 18, adjudicator found in my favour July 19, QQ rejected, and I thought I had been in the ombudsman queue for the last 3 months, I called yesterday for an update, and spoke to a really helpful lady who told me that it wasn’t in the queue for an adjudicator but sat in a queue for a specialist team because of duristiction issues, the lady said she would escalate it for me and I now today have received an email from a different adjudicator asking me why I didn’t complain until now, how I realised I was treated u fairly and also querying my job as I worked in a bank at the time, I now feel like the complaint will be rejected as this is all information I have addressed before, I will have wasted months waiting and hoping.
Ryan says
So just spoke to quickquid, they recieved the complaint from fos on the 21st August.
Adjudicator counted me on the 6th sept upholding my complaint and gave quickquid until the 20th sept to respond. Iv had nothing so phoned qq my self to see where there at with my complaint, there response was they have 8 weeks from 21st Aug, not including weekends and Bank Holidays. They are proper shady on the phone, you can tell they’re trying to not say anything I can use against them. Any one heard this before?
Ryan says
To add
When I asked for information about my complaint and where there at with responding, they said its with the legal team and they don’t have a answer. I asked for contact information for there legal team or someone who could give me a answer and they wouldn’t give me a contact number/email. The guy I spoke to is called arron and he said he would escalate my request for information to a manager and I need to keep my eye on my emails.

Spreadsheeter here, today was day 35 following accepting their offer on 17 September.
I’ve just received the following email:
Dear xxx,
Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
We received notification of your acceptance to our settlement offer. This email is to confirm that £xxx will be processed to your bank account via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please allow 7 to 21 working days for the EFT refund to be received.
Have to say I’m pretty annoyed. Lots of other people have been paid their redress instantly but I have to wait possibly another 3 weeks.
Jeff says
Has anyone else had experience of these EFT payments? How in this day and age does it take 7-21 days?
Sarah H says
Hi Sarah well just like i thought the adjudicator said expected cashnurnet to pay by today day 29 and nothing has been paid as of yet. :( anyone else been paid today yet. Thanks Sarah H
