Merry Christmas Sara,
Thank you for helping us make sense of all the changes in debt advice this year. And what a year! “The Camel” has been invaluable to us all working from home from March.
Thanks also for always supporting MA Caseworkers – it means so much that you’ve got our backs.

Happy Christmas Sara ! Your advice and articles helped me out of a desperate debt situation in Jan 2019 ! By mid 2019 I was free of debt agencies constantly hounding me to the point of absolute despair. It was a turning point when I discovered Debt Camel. Thank you so much.

Ditto the above comments.
You are changing peoples lives for the better with your no nonsense, practical and easy to follow advice.
Every year at this time I would say ‘next year will be better’ and often it was the same old slog until I stumbled upon your site a couple of years ago and by using the help and guidance you put out for free I have turned my life around massively. There is one blot remaining (AMIGO) and the Ombudsman’s office advise they are currently working on my complaint having made a request for info from the lender, all being well I might have a decision early in the new year unless Amigo pull off an arrangement.
Thank you again Sara and all the very best for 2021.

Do you deal with ppi etc as I had 2 amigo loans
December 28, 2020 at 3:04 pm
If your Amigo loans were unaffordable – that means making the payments left you short so you had to borrow money elsewhere or get behind with bills – then you can use the template letter on this page https://debtcamel.co.uk/how-to-complain-guarantor-loan/ to send a complaint.
Amigo is looking at ways to cap what it refunds to customers but it isn’t clear what is going to happen yet, so I wouldn’t let that stop you sending in a complaint now!
