A first payment of 4.31p in the £ was paid in May/June 2021.
A second, much smaller payment of 0.65p in the £ is being paid on 14 or 18 January 2022.
If you do not receive this second payment, see below for what to do.

Background to the Scheme
This “Scheme of Arrangement” covers borrowers from the ICL brand names, Money Shop, Payday UK and Payday Express, who were given unaffordable loans.
ICL had two million customers, with three big payday lending brands:
- The Money Shop was once Britain’s largest payday lender on the high street. The Money Shop stopped making payday loans in August last year.
- Payday UK and Payday Express were two large online lenders. These both stopped making new loans in October 2017.
In summer 2018, the number of affordability complaints about payday loans increased significantly. Paying refunds on these complaints forced Wonga and Wageday Advance to go under.
In the last half of 2018, ICL received 45,000 complaints. So ICL wqs facing escalating costs and it was closing shops. Now the business is being closed completely because of the cost of these complaints.
A Scheme of Arrangement is a legal device which limits a company’s liability to its creditors. See What is a Scheme? for more details. ICL is using this to limit the amount it has to pay out in refunds on unaffordable lending.
The Scheme was approved by creditors in September and by the Court on 8 October 2019.
4.3% paid in May & June 2021
A claims page was published and all Claims had to be in by April 9 2020.
The Money Shop home page said:
- We have calculated the final dividend amount and you will be receiving 4.31p per £1.
- Where you provided us your bank details we will commence making payments from 24 May 2021.
These payments were made by BACS. People will be paid in batches, once or twice each week through to the end of June:
- We are unable to let you know the exact date of your payment.
- You will receive an email before we make your payment with your calculation and cash payment amount.
- If you did not provide us with bank account details, we have sent you a cheque.
The following details come from the March 2021 Scheme report:
- 182,566 Claims were received;
- the uphold rate was about 85%;
- the total compensation people should have got was c. £340 million – now people will only get a tiny amount of that back;
- it is now too late to submit a Claim.
No tax is deducted from the amount paid so there is nothing to reclaim.
Second, smaller payment to be paid in January 2022
After the first payment ICL was still receiving some money eg from a VAT recovery claim. This is being distributed to customers who had complaints upheld in the Scheme.
This will be 0.65p in the £. That is 0.0065% of the total redress that was calculated in your case.
This second payment will be much smaller than the first. If you got £100 on May 2021, you will get about £15 extra now in January 2022.
Customers were told by email about this on 12 January. The payments will be made on the 14 and 18 of January – your email says which date you should be paid.
Only bank transfers are being made – cheques will not be sent for this.
This second payment will be the final distribution. ICL will be liquidated – the company will no longer exist.
Was your ICL debt sold to PRAC/BW Legal?
Where you still owe ICL a balance on the last loan, this has been “set off” against your refund.
An example:
- you should have had a refund of £2500 and you still owed £1000
- then your balance is cleared, leaving you now being owed a refund of £1500
- you then get 4.3% of the £1500
If your last loan was sold to a debt collector, in most cases ICL has arranged for you to still have this set off.
The exception is if your loan was sold to PRAC/BW Legal. Here you have been left owing the debt to PRAC/BW Legal and were only paid 4.3% on the redress ICL calculated.
PRAC/BW Legal is offering to reduce some customers’ balances, but see No set off in a Scheme/Administration when debt had been sold? for how you can complain and ask them to write off your whole balance.
5% in all – that is a very poor outcome for customers
When the Scheme was proposed in August 2019, it was suggested people might get back nearly 80p in the pound.
My first thought when I saw the 80p in the £ estimate was “and pigs might fly“… see Will the Money Shop really pay 80% of your payday loan refund?
And that has turned out to be spot on…
In September it admitted that:
- it has decided to include all loans over 6 years which may reduce this to c. 44p.
- it has decided to simplify the assessment in favour of the customers, which may further reduce this to 27p.
- if twice as many people apply for a refund, this may go down to 14p.
By February 2020 in the previous quarterly report, the scheme administrators were warning this could be less than 10p.
So about 5% (4.3p + 0.65p) is a dismal outcome for customers.
Why won’t the FSCS help these customers?
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) covered people making PPI claims if their firm had gone bust.
But the FSCS doesn’t cover payday loans. This was a very poor decision by the FCA.
Customers of the Money Shop, Payday UK and Payday Express have been let down badly by the UK regulators. The lenders were allowed to carry on giving loans that breached the affordability rules for years. And now there is no backup compensation scheme for when a lender goes under.

With all this money that is being paid out. This money must have been in a bank account growing interest. Makes you wonder who the winner is. Not me
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Almost no interest is received on money in a bank account these days.
T says
The money will be held in a client account which means it will be exceptionally unlikely to earn interest and in the event it did it would have to be provided to the client (you). The idea they are holding the money to earn interest is nonsense.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
I am not publishing any further comments on interest.
Mac says
Are you saying if a company has millions in the bank then they receive little interest
How much interest does a bank give to a company who has one million pounds in the bank then
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Yes.
Base rate is 0.1%
Matt says
I think you are misunderstanding how the whole process works. Any interest that is earned (which as as been said already is absolutely minimal) increases the amount of cash available to pay to the company’s creditors i.e. it actually helps us if they earned interest on it
Christian says
Sara, good morning.. thank you for your time and effort helping us answering our queries . Had £2592 potential redress might get around £111 I’m happy whatever I get. Would you share the info of your redress to us. If you don’t mind?
Anne says
It already says if u are due 1000 your get £43
M Campbell says
Has anyone received an email about their payment or a cheque? Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says
when people have, they will leave a comment.
Andy says
Just got my e mail confirming how much I will receive
Kim says
Hi everyone…
Hope your all OK.
There is nothing worst then waiting on an update but I recieved my email at 435pm today saying how much I will get back.
Just waiting for payment now
DB says
Yes I did today via email it will be in my acc in 28days
for £4164.04
I’m getting £179.47
M Campbell says
That’s great, I’ve not received any email as yet. Glad it’s being sorted for you
Nikki says
I received email this morning about my payment that should go through within 28 days.
Chaz says
I just got my email confirming the amount…4.31p to the £1. And payment due within 28 days it says.
Sam Evans says
Just got my letter today. The Paynement is just too little. I feel the company is continuing to rip people off, they can afford to pay and could do so if there was law enforcement.
Sarah says
I have just received email says I will get £254.99 within 28 days paid into bank account details provided on portal.
Allison says
I am fuming with the amount I will receive, 34.00 I wouldn’t be bothered. After a year of being lead to believe I was getting 800.00.
Sabrina says
It did say on letter/emails etc that it will be less than that though so they had already pre-warned you that you wouldn’t be getting the full amount/large amount of it.
Val says
Seems very odd cheques were sent allegedly on 17th may but not one person says have had email saying how much they will get
Surely one at least would by now be on here confirming they had such e mail
And assuming they honest that emails go out three days before payment in bank then people would get this email today? If we are talking about no correspondence over weekend which is usually par for the course
Not one person on here had cheques in post yet and it’s 20th I don’t know about you but my post is on time and I’d be on here saying hey got my cheque or email if they really did send out on 17th
Yes it’s a waiting game as usual just seems such speculation that the announcement is correct especially as so many on here had so much confusion an strange replies when calling them
Thanks to Sarah we have this site
Louise says
From my experience on similar scenarios only a small percentage of people will actually post after receiving their redress. Plus there may be only a small number of cheque receivers that have found this web page. I am being optimistic and keeping my fingers crossed for a swift payout as anything helps. Check spam folders as my last communication from them had landing there.
Jay Burton says
Im guessing but the people who are getting the cheques will most likely have no access to the internet otherwise if they did they would have filled their bank details in on the portal and be getting BACS payment
Mark says
If you are on this page/site, I really doubt that you will not have provided up to date bank details..
Katharine Bisset says
Having read an email I got last year saying potential redress of 384 what will I actually get? I dont agree its fair if u end up with as little as £1 what’s the point? I just glad I can get any refund I was excited when I got that last year. Had reply something about taking 43 to the €1 but I just hope it’s not nothing. Surely if u took a loan with interest they should cover the full amount. Sorry just baffled by how mean this could actually be, feeling bit over excited as was going to be a little treat even at 384 lol. Hope you lot got sorted ok payments are late mind should had something of at least an email confirmation of how much by now but they haven’t yet.
Jay Burton says
you will get £16.51
Chaz says
My email arrived saying it is 4.31p to the £1. So it isn’t much.
Darren Lythe says
Hi
On my letter it says an redress amount of £6265.29 so will I roughly be looking at around £270 ?
Thank you in advance.
Jay Burton says
Yes, £269.40
Jill says
Mine was £5901, better than nothing but shame I had built my hopes up on a few grand
Cheryl Watson says
New update
All claims are now complete and the Claims Portal is now closed.
We have calculated the final dividend amount and you will be receiving 4.31p per £1.
Where you provided us your bank details we will commence making payments from 24th May 2021. We expect to make payments once or twice each week through to the end of June. We are unable to let you know the exact date of your payment.
You will receive an email before we make your payment with your calculation and cash payment amount.
If you did not provide us with bank account details, we have sent you a cheque.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
thanks!
Lynne says
Once or twice a week?? Dear God so we’re looking at June defo! Thanks for updating us.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
it’s on the main money shop home page now.
Lucy says
Just received the email about the amount. Plan to pay within 28 days
Gary says
Just had my email confirming my payment – it states payment to be made within 28 days
Lloyd says
I wish i did not give my bank details as i would be expecting a cheque now. And noe with giving my bank details i may not get payment untill the end of june, great what was the point
Sara (Debt Camel) says
The point is the number of cheques that never seem to turn up, if the Wonga experience was anything to go by…
Grant says
Still waiting for my 34p cheque from wonga 🤣
Chris says
Just had my email telling me how much I’ll get, says it will be in my bank within 28 days
Nicki says
I have just received my email with amount that they will be paying by Bank transfer.
Joan says
I’ve just received my email with final settlement it states money will be in my bank within 28 days
Faye says
Just had mine too.
Will be interesting to see if they are sending everyone their email now or if they do these in batches too?
Glad to to know this is almost concluded 😊
Lloyd says
Why delay things and spend more money sending a letter/email out telling us what we are getting before they make payment when we already know how much we are recieving, the time and cost is just wasteful
Sara (Debt Camel) says
because they have to inform you of the payout amount. It just the ways these things work.
Also it means they should get fewer emails from people when they are paid £80 saying that the amount should be £2,000 – a lot of people have not understood how little they will be getting.
Mark says
That’s me received the email.. Paid within next 28 days.
Can’t thank this site enough.. I was lucky enough to get over 6 grand back before all the wind ups of these companies
Omair Shahid says
I have just received the email 10 min ago confirming the amount that will be paid to me in 28 days time.. Its 176 on a potential redress of £4k.
To be honest, I am glad as I was expecting only around £80 as I couldn’t remember my potential redress :)
Thanks Sarah for your help…

Email received: –
Further to our confirmation of your upheld claim in the Instant Cash Loans Scheme of Arrangement, we can now provide you with your final payment value.
Your Claim
We explained previously that the Potential Redress figure would be the maximum amount payable. We have calculated the proportion of redress due by sharing the fixed amount of money in our Redress Fund equally across all customers whose claims we upheld under the Scheme.
We can confirm that we will pay you 4.31p for every £1 of cash redress.
Applying this ratio, this is your calculation:
Potential Redress Amount £ 8757.79
Actual cash payment to you £ 377.46
Next Steps:
Any payment due, will be paid to the latest bank account we have on record, which you entered in the Customer Claims Portal. We expect that this will be within the next 28 days.

Will they clear outstanding balances (if needed), make redress payments and amend credit reports in one swoop or will it be done separately?
Thanks in advance.

The credit records will be updated as a separate process.

the emails have started arriving today! see the other comments.

TBH I agree with Matt. It is all well and good being nice and happy to recive 50p. But those fat cats are not nice. I think the Scheme of Arrangement is some kind of Wolf of Wall Street type scam that needs to be looked in to in the future. Something isnt right when 96% is taken from people who were easy targets. I hope we are all wiser now. I reckon the name Scheme of Arrangement is just a made up name given to make it look like something official and legal. So they dont have to pay out much. Probably was made up in someones tea break.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
no.
A Scheme of Arrangement is a formal legal device under the Companies Act. Here is the legislation: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/46/part/26
RJ says
I do understand that it is supposed to be a legal device under a supposed formal act. But TBH anyone can make up formal acts if they have power. An MP with power could make up an act tomorrow if they felt like it. Also, I find it a bit dubious how they wheel out this Scheme of Arrangement everytime one of these Stratton Oakmont type companies go under. I still believe it needs to be looked in to.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
An MP with power could make up an act tomorrow if they felt like it.
well no.
And this is the Companies Act. It is one of the cornerstones of legislation.
Lynne says
To those saying you’ve got the email. Was it about the amount you expected to get?
Saleh Ahmed says
Just got my email:
We can confirm that we will pay you 4.31p for every £1 of cash redress.
Applying this ratio, this is your calculation:
Potential Redress Amount £ 896.13
Actual cash payment to you £ 38.62
Jen says
So when they sent an email saying you will receive an email 3 days before payment with amount you will receive was a bit of a fib has what I have read on post here ie within 28 days so if this is the case there will be some not getting there payments until July or later how can that be right has a bank transfer doesn’t take 28 days and did any notice they said we expect this to be with in 28 days shouldn’t it be it will be in there in the next 28 days
Sara (Debt Camel) says
My guess is the exact timing of transfers will depend on how well the first few have gone and how many people phone/email about them.
they are not saying a bank transfer will take 28 days, they are saying you will be paid in that time.
Wayne Clarke says
Ive not received a email yet gggrrrr
Mandy clarke says
I haven’t received any email yet
Ashley says
No email for me yet. Guess the ones getting it will be the first wave of payments. Good to see its starting though.

Hello all,
Half a loaf is better no loaf!
As they have said that they will commence payments from the 24th May 2021 in 2 batches per week and before they do that, they will send emaiis, we can only keep an eye out for that and put this to bed.
Jeanettw says
Think it’s an abosulet outrage my redress was £2431 amd getting paid £101 it’s disgusting
Lynne says
Wait til you hear about my Wonga one. Due £12,580 and got £550!
Caroline says
I am due £21600, makes me sad to think of the £20,500 I won’t be getting but I’m happy to get anything back to be honest!
Rebecca Walker says
101 pound is a weeks shop to some of us 😪
Adrian Neave says
Have they taken the website / portal down or has the address changed? When I try to access it using the link it tells me it is unavailable.
Denise says
Hi there,
I had the same issue but Sara pointed me in the right direction. It has moved from a .com to a .co.uk address
I hope that this helps?

Christine says
Hi iv had no word yet but my redress is 5977 wat would I get
Lynne says
About £257 Christine 👍🏻
Christine says
Thanks Lynn 😁
Caroline says
Hi Sara – are you unable to unravel this for me please. I was told originally my redress amount was £5565 and then received this email at a later date. Do you think they mean they will deducted the amounts in column one or column two?
Thank you :)
“We will set out the exact calculation when we write to you in May to tell you how much cash you will receive, and how much your open balance is. The loan with the open balance that we will be reducing is detailed below:
Start date of Loan Loan Amount Brand Loan balance as at 9th October 2019
08/05/2012 £ 90.00 Payday Express £ 77.08
11/05/2012 £ 100.00 Payday Express £ 150.00
15/05/2012 £ 120.00 Payday Express £ 180.00
17/05/2012 £ 110.00 Payday Express £ 165.00
21/05/2012 £ 120.00 Payday Express £ 180.00
Our redress calculation follows the methodology for putting things right used by the Financial Ombudsman Service. The basic principle is that we refund the interest that people have paid where the loan was lent irresponsibly. However, the principal amount remains outstanding.”
Sara (Debt Camel) says
column 2 I think – do you agree those balances are correct?
caroline says
Hi Sara – I am not aware of any loans outstanding and I find it hard to believe I would have taken 5 loans out in 13 days (or been allowed them) but i have deleted emails that date back that far so don’t have the evidence.
I haven’t received the email today either.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
Go back to ICL and say you did not take these loans.
Linda Steatham says
Hi could u please tell me if we geting letters about how much please and how long after do we get our money
Sara (Debt Camel) says
I think people will be getting emails. A lot of people, but not all, have received an email today – it will be interesting to see when they are paid.
Jay Burton says
hello, £257.60
Linda Steatham says
I haven’t received a email
M Campbell says
Me neither
Jonnic says
Same here, no email yet. I know my claim has an apparent ‘open balance’ so maybe they’re dealing with the easier ones first?
At least it has now started!!
Mets says
How do you work out how much you will get paid?
Lynne says
I do it the long way so you take your redress amount
x 4.31 then divide by 100 = the amount you should get
Tracy says
Iv had no email yet
By looking at everyone’s payment they said £747 for me
So I take it I’ll get less then 100 ??
What a shame 😞
Was looking forward to that big sum
Lynne says
£32.19 Tracy. I should’ve got £9559.80 and it’ll be about £386! Everyone’s annoyed though.
Wonga should’ve paid me £12,580 and I got £550 grrrr.
Tracy says
That is shocking !! And shouldn’t be allowed…
I wanna take this further
£32 just shameful !!
RH says
You’ll get £32.20, so, yes, less than £100.
Chris Takin says
Hi. do they add 8% interest?
Sara (Debt Camel) says
The 8% amount was already included in the total redress you have been told of.
You now Get 4.31% of that total. No extra 8% added.
Linda Steatham says
I was told I would get a letter this wk fed up of waiting for my massive payout
Alan says
Wonder if anyone can help?
I was told that my claim was upheld to the amount of 6.6k.
I then had an email saying that I had 4 outstanding loans from 2010/2011, as below:-
Start date of Loan Loan Amount Brand Loan balance as at 9th October 2019
09/08/2010 £ 200.00 The Money Shop £ 225.00
08/09/2010 £ 200.00 The Money Shop £ 225.00
19/11/2010 £ 400.00 Payday Express £ 715.00
08/09/2011 £ 100.00 The Money Shop £ 125.00
£ £
And they would clear this first.
As far as I can remember I cleared all my loans. I’ve email them back to say so and ask for details and an explanation on how I could possible owe £715 on a £400 loan?
My question is will they clear the amount from the 6.6k the give me 4p in the £1 for the remainder. Or, will they calculate the 4p in the £1 amount and then put that towards paying what they say is outstanding? Thanks for any advice
Angela says
They clear the amount from the 6.6k, then give you 4.31p in the £1 for the remainder.
Alan says
Hi all
Sorry the answer to my question is already detailed in here at the ‘not set off’ tab at the top of the article. So they will pay 4% of the overall redress minus any outstanding owed money. So that’s good. However, I still dispute I owe them the money. It makes no sense that if I owed them money £400 in 2010, why they would loan me more in 2011? Anyway I’ve queried it and suppose I’ll just have to take whatever they say.
Thanks all for the information in the thread
Leanne says
Hi,
Firstly Iv been quietly following this page and it’s been a great help so thank you.
Secondly for those who have received emails already can You tell me the email address they are being sent from so I can search my emails please
SJP says
noreply@themoneyshop.co.uk
Gimli89 says
Can I ask someone to post the email address from which the original redress amount was sent to them from please (not the recent one with a final amount on)? I’m searching my emails and can only find an invite to the scheme and an email saying my claim has been upheld.
Denise says
Hello there,
The email address is this – Scheme@themoneyshop.co.uk The email came through on October 28th 2020.
I received an email on that date giving my redress figure.
I hope that this helps you?
Regards
Tracy says
Well I’m gonna take this further as this is disgusting
All those people expecting there redess money to know receive as little as £8.20
Mine was £747 but will only be getting £29 if that !!
How do they even justify that !
Lynne says
Where do you plan to take it further to? Nobody cares? Your MP won’t do any, there is no money left so you get what you get unfortunately, we have all been robbed and can’t do anything about it now
SJP says
We can confirm that we will pay you 4.31p for every £1 of cash redress.
Applying this ratio, this is your calculation:
Potential Redress Amount £ 454.27
Actual cash payment to you £ 19.58
Next Steps:
Any payment due, will be paid to the latest bank account we have on record, which you entered in the Customer Claims Portal. We expect that this will be within the next 28 days.
Scott says
How much will I get please was expecting £7354.23
Lynne says
Should be £316.96 Scott
Lynne says
It could be possible the people who didn’t have ‘outstanding balances’ are being dealt with first due to being a more straightforward calculation. Let’s see what today brings!
Ckaire says
I have not got an outstanding balance and have not received an email
Sean says
Same, maybe today right? 😆
Sara (Debt Camel) says
The Money Shop says payments are being made in batches, 1 or 2 a week. It may be that the people that have heard so far are those in the first batch. In which case people in a later batch may well not hear today.
Gary says
i got letter 2 weeks ago telling me how much im getting.today received e mail saying bank details are wrong.so i sent them again.now being told it will be a few weeks
Jo says
I haven’t either, but as they’re making payments in batches, it makes sense that emails are also being sent in batches too.
Adam says
I think it will be as simple as the order the computer decides it will be. Don’t think there will be any logic to it. I’ve accepted that by the end of June it will be done and dusted. No point losing sleep over it
Barry says
I’ve not had mine yet
Sara (Debt Camel) says
REMINDER
I am not publishing any comments:
– that accuse ICL of delaying things in order to get more interest
– that criticise other people, for example saying they are moaning, ungrateful, or say they choose to take the loans
– that ask the names or the banks of the people that have received the email saying what they will get – neither of this matters to when you will get paid.
People are stressed. Let’s keep everything friendly on here.
Vince J says
Agreed. Thanks Sara.
There’s no point in speculating in which order the emails are being sent out.
If anyone has an iPhone, i would suggest adding the Money Shop email address to contacts as a VIP (noreply@themoneyshop.co.uk). That way you will be notified when you have an emails from them. Better than checking your inbox every two minutes.
Ceri ann says
Sara, saying that we chose to take the loan is NOT being unfriendly. I chose to take the loan which was a bad choice but it was MY choice. Now I am paying the price but have learnt a valuable lesson. We were not forced to take them. However I do agree that they preyed on vulnerable people and should have realised that we were becoming dependent on them. Affordability checks should have been done but back then I probably said all the right things to fool them into giving the loans. Yes they were wrong but I also have to take a little responsibility

How do I get back to finding my potential redress amount as the portal is closed. I forgot the amount
Sara (Debt Camel) says
You should have been sent an email before with this number.
If you no longer have the email, you need to wait until ICL inform you of the amount you will be paid.
Brian says
Yes I found that email. It gives me a link to the portal what I now can’t get on
Aaron says
what a joke was meant to be getting near on £2000 now not even gonna have £200
Linda Steatham says
Think eveybody feels the same I am waiting on a letter saying how much I will get from 6000 I’ve just received a letter from satsuma provident wondering if it’s worth claiming for that
Sara (Debt Camel) says
if the Satsuma/provident loans were difficult for you to repay and cause you to have to borrow again, then yes it is.
James says
I have received my email confirming a payout of £255.01 from a £5916.55. It states that payment will be made within 28days! I hope it will be sooner rather than later then I can put this whole thing behind me.
Tanya says
I have got my email now too.
£160.67.
Better than nothing 😃
Tom says
£51 from over £1000 i was claiming for.
Great!
ash says
Email received this morning at 09:22hrs. Total redress claim of £7280.44 – cash payment £313.80. Better than a kick in the teeth. Thanks for all of the help.
Daphne says
Hi all,
I heard back on the payment today and pasting the email in here:-
“We explained previously that the Potential Redress figure would be the maximum amount payable. We have calculated the proportion of redress due by sharing the fixed amount of money in our Redress Fund equally across all customers whose claims we upheld under the Scheme.
We can confirm that we will pay you 4.31p for every £1 of cash redress. Applying this ratio, this is your calculation:
Potential Redress Amount £ 9528.75
Actual cash payment to you £ 410.69
Next Steps:
Any payment due, will be paid to the latest bank account we have on record, which you entered in the Customer Claims Portal. We expect that this will be within the next 28 days.”
Hope that is useful. At least things are moving despite the horrendous payment versus redress owed!
Jack says
I’ve not heard anything, can someone post the email address you received your email from?
Thanks
Sara (Debt Camel) says

Knowing my luck, I will be one of the last people to receive an email lol. Glad that this is now being sorted and I hope everyone can at least buy a hot chocolate. Enjoy xx
Roger says
I was told they owed me £10900 and now looking to receive £450 roughly. What an absolute joke!! Clearly our money is being kept in someone elses pocket. Still waiting for my email to confirm final figure.
Dave Webster says

Grant says

Denise says
Hello there,
I telephoned this number this morning 020 3901 7440 and spoke to a lady who, once I had given my reference number, was able to tell me exactly how much I would receive but not when I would receive it.
I hope this helps you?
Regards

Abi says
Okay, thanks for the replies, guys.
I was starting to think I was the only one who hadn’t heard anything yet :)
Richard Eastland says
Still waiting have not heard from them at all have emailed 4times no rep
Ly very frustrating.
Sara (Debt Camel) says
why have you emailed them? If you are asking when you will be paid, you will not get an answer.
Richard Eastland I says
I still think we should be able to speak to someone it’s only common courtesy
Sara (Debt Camel) says
They are paying 150,000 people. If only a small proportion of them phone or email, everything will take massively longer. I am sorry but you should not be trying to contact them unless you have a real problem.
Georgina says
Does this mean not everyone who’s expecting something will get paid. My last email from them was beginning of May, they said I had approx £480 owing to them which I have no way to prove out of £1920 which they calculated as my redress. I was assuming they’d clear the debts and pay 4.2% out of the rest. I haven’t heard anymore since but haven’t tried emailing just a waiting game
Sara (Debt Camel) says
No it means people are getting paid in batches and people,in the later batches may not have been told how much yet.
Anne says
It doesn’t take emails.. I try to say thankyou it came back as not received.. It is what it is.. What we get is what we get.. So just got to wait thats all
